Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of One-hour Extracurricular Sports Activities Of Junior Middle School Students In Lianyungang City District

This article,taking the status quo of one-hour extracurricular sports activities on campus in Lianyungang city junior high school as the research object,uses the method of literature,questionnaire,data statistics,the investigation of 2200 students,144 teachers from Lianyungang City three District,36 junior middle schools,teasing out and analyzing relevant data.Find the influence factors of junior middle school in Lianyungang city to carry out one-hour extracurricular sports activities on campus and puts forward some suggestions as follows:Conclusion: the 1.sports one-hour extracurricular campus sports in Lianyungang city junior high school are single and relatively concentrated,mainly including basketball,running,soccer,athletics sports.Sports facilities deficiency leads to less,which can not meet the students needs.2.The organization form is more traditional,the exercise of the unified class organization is the main,the sports club form being less used in the school.Although the students have good motivation,but the enthusiasm of practice is not high.Students prefer to the forms of interest groups,clubs etc.3.The frequency and duration of one-hour extracurricular sports activities on campus in Lianyungang city junior high school can basically meet the requirements of sunshine sports activities,but the activity intensity is low.Students have solid motor skills,67.24% having one motor skill,21.33% having two motor skills.4.The school leaders do not pay enough attention to sports activities,which is the most important aspect of hindering one-hour extracurricular sports activities on campus in Lianyungang city junior high school.Suggestion: Strengthen inspection supervision,and make school leaders attach great importance;develop sports venues,equipment,teachers,funds and so on to meet the needs of students' training;deepen the reform of school sports and promote the scientific and artistic nature of the activities.
