The "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening the Comprehensive Development of Physical Education for Schools and Physical Education" clearly pointed out that "social forces support the lack of physical education in schools" is one of the problems in the school sports work in China.At the same time,it is proposed to integrate resources from all sides to support school sports.We will improve policies and measures,gradually establish a long-term mechanism for social forces to support the development of school sports,and guide resources such as technology and talents to serve sports teaching,training,and competitions in schools,and encourage professional sports teams and professional sports clubs to regularly organize coaches and athletes to go to schools.Guide and carry out relevant sports activities,support schools to carry out extensive cooperation with research institutes,social organizations,enterprises,etc.,and improve the level of school sports work.On September 3,2017,Vice Premier Liu Yandong also pointed out at the National School Sports Work Symposium that "it is necessary to gradually establish a long-term mechanism supported by social forces and guide resources such as technology and talents to serve school sports." The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)states: "Deepening the reform of the school-running system of public schools,actively encouraging industry,enterprises and other social forces to participate in public schools,support the development of weak schools,and expand quality education resources.Enhance the vitality of running schools,improve the efficiency of running schools,improve the provision of public services for non-compulsory education,improve preferential policies,encourage fair competition,and guide social funds to enter the education field in various ways.Then,what problems and dilemmas does China face in guiding social forces to support the development of school sports? What are the beneficial measures for foreign developed countries to guide social forces to support the development of school sports? How should the Chinese government guide social forces to support the development of school sports? Waiting is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.This study investigates the status quo of social development in the basic education stage of Henan Province through literature,investigation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,and analyzes the problems existing in the process of supporting social development in the current social forces.Social forces support the beneficial methods of school sports development,and put forward strategies and suggestions to guide social forces to support the development of school sports,and provide reference and reference for China to better guide social forces to support the development of school sports.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)"Social forces support the development of school sports" means that enterprises other than government agencies and their subordinate institutions,non-profit social organizations,and individuals do not provide funds,facilities,services,etc.to school sports for the purpose of making profits.help.The social forces support the development of school sports including fund donation,equipment and facilities donation,venue venue borrowing,venue venue donation,sponsorship,volunteer service,discount sale,competition organization.(2)The social forces in the basic education stage of Henan Province support the problems in the development of school sports: the overall proportion of social forces supporting the development of school sports is extremely low;the proportion of schools supported by different social forces in different regions is not balanced;different types of schools are supported by social forces.The proportion is not balanced;the social forces support the development of school sports is relatively simple;the social forces have supported the gap between the content and the school's expectations to be supported;there is no specific information transmission medium and communication channels between the school and the supporting entities;Forming social forces to support the development and ethos of school sports;the initiative of schools to guide social forces to support the development of school sports is weak and the role played by the government is not strong.(3)The developed countries guide the social forces to support the development of school sports: a special social organization to integrate various social forces to support the development of school sports;non-profit social organizations to obtain funds through fundraising to support the development of school sports;Establish regional education coordination organizations to receive social support and allocate them on demand as needed within the school district.Enlightenment from the developed countries to guide social forces to support the development of school sports: to set up special departments or organizations to guide and integrate social forces to support school sports development;encourage non-profit social organizations to support the development of school sports for the purpose of fundraising;Establish a specialized agency to coordinate and coordinate the distribution of social forces to provide support for school sports.(4)Strategies and Suggestions for Guiding Social Forces to Support School Sports Development in the Basic Education Stage of Henan Province: Strengthening the Role of Local Governments in Guiding Social Forces to Support School Sports Development;Focusing on Supporting Social Forces in Schools in Townships and Counties The assistance and guidance of sports development;pay attention to the support and guidance of non-exemplary schools to guide social forces to support the development of school sports;set up special departments or organizations to guide and integrate social forces to support the development of school sports;Social forces support the culture and awareness of school sports development;use a variety of methods and ways to motivate social forces to support the development of school sports.
