Modern education cultivates talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.Physical education,as a training mode,plays an irreplaceable role in students' physical health.To some extent,Physical education is regarded the best education mode.However,according to the results of the survey on the physical health of Chinese students in primary school,the health condition of Chinese primary school students is not optimistic,which has been decreasing year by year.In recent years,the state has also continuously issued relevant policies and strategies,requiring the continuous enhancement of the physical health of young people,making them develop in the atmosphere of healthy and happy.Regarding sports activities after class at 3:30 as a way to exercise is a good way to help students to enhance physical health.Primary schools in Haidian district,Beijing actively undertake trusteeship function after class,aiming to help parents solve the difficult problem in picking their children up from school.Primary schools develop rich and colorful sports after class,and students choose their favorite sports according to their interest,which has achieved certain success in recent years and has got most of the parents' recognition and affirmation.However,there are many realistic problems to solve in the process of specific implementationTherefore,this thesis selects eight schools in Beijing Haidian district which develop sports activities after class at 3:30 well as the research subjects.Besides,the research regards students from eight primary schools in the Haidian district,PE teachers,managers and parents as investigation subjects.In order to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the research,the thesis adopts literature analysis method,logic analysis and questionnaire method to conduct this research.According to the results of the research,the physical education activities at 3:30 after class in eight schools in Haidian district,Beijing are in good condition.All the students are highly satisfied with the activity and have high participation enthusiasm.They are also satisfied with the content of the activities and teachers' teaching methods at 3:30 after class.Sports activities at 3:30 after class are mostly carried out for more than one hour,which are mainly in the form of interest groups.The activities are mainly medium intensity,which can meet the needs of most students and reach the amount of exercise stipulated by the state for one hour a day to exercise.The influence of sports activities at 3:30 after class on students is mainly to enhance students' physical health,improve their recognition and understanding of sports,cultivate their interests in sports,learn sports skills,improve their psychological and quality and deepen their friendship with friends in sports.The main factors of students' participation in sports activities at 3:30 after class are too much homework,the lack of time,the limitation of equipment,the fear of injury,and the lack of company.Teachers are mainly composed of teachers from school and outside of school.They are mainly between 21 and 30 years old,with 3-5 years of teaching experience.Most of them have college or postgraduate degrees,and teachers are more males than females.Because of the difference of teachers,there is difference in teaching level.In addition,there is a gender difference in the selection of sports activities at 3:30 after class.Boys prefer sports with fierce competition,while girls prefer sports without physical contact and sports with entertainment and interestingness.The financial support for sports activities at 3:30 after class are mainly in the form of government purchasing public services,or even in the form of full financial payment,which leads to insufficient funds for school activities.Most of parents are very satisfied with the school as a custodian institution.The method not only solves the problem of picking up their children,but also can promote students' participation in a variety of recreational activities.Moreover,it is beneficial to enrich their spare time and cultivate their interests in sports.However,some parents are concerned about whether sufficient funds are available,whether increasing teachers' workload will affect teaching,and how to ensure that teachers outside of school provide after-school services well.According to the investigation and the analysis of the present situation,this thesis puts forward relevant suggestions: broaden the way of funds,aiming at making up for the insufficient of government funds,buying more equipment,repairing sites and avoiding the influence of equipment problems on students' participation in sports activities;improve school leaders and teachers' attention of the sports activities after class at 3:30 and strictly control the employment threshold of teachers to select and build up an excellent team of teachers so that it make sure the quality of sports activity at 3:30 after class;enrich the content of after-class 3:30 sports activities,based on the school's historical and traditional projects and traditional sports projects advocated by the state to develop the characteristics of themselves schools and establish characteristic campuses;strengthen the construction of management organization and performance appraisal system,aiming to form a management system with clear division of labor and clear responsibilities to improve teachers' work enthusiasm and subjective initiative;seek support from various forces and establish cooperative relations with enterprises to seek support from funds and sports equipment and to seek support from social groups,organizations and associations for professional technical personnel;introduce resources from universities to strengthen cooperation,and trying to transform high-quality resources into the driving force for the development of elementary schools.
