Research On The Development Of"One Hour After Class"Basketball Class Of Key Primary Schools In Haidian District Of Beijing With The Participation Of Sports Training Institutions

In order to alleviate school pressure,ensure students' exercise time in school,and help school sports development,the State implements the government's policy of purchasing public services,and strongly encourages social forces to help primary and secondary school sports development.Therefore,to promote sports training institutions to participate in the development of one hour basketball class in primary and secondary schools,schools borrow the resources of institutions to help develop school sports,giving students sufficient and professional basketball guidance and training.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and logical analysis,this paper takes some key primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing as the research object.Through the research on the development of schools,training institutions and one-hour basketball class after class,it analyses the effect of sports training institutions participating in the development of one-hour basketball class after class,as well as the existing problems and reasons,in order to encourage social forces to help.The development of school physical education promotes the social force of sports training institutions to better participate in and promote the development of school basketball undertakings,so as to put forward suggestions and provide theoretical basis for better docking and cooperation between the two sides.Through research and analysis,combined with the current sports training institutions participating in the development of "one hour after class" basketball classes in key primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing,the existing problems and reasons are concluded as follows:1.Driven by the triple factors of government orientation,school demand and resource-driven of sports training institutions,sports training institutions participate in the development of one-hour basketball classes in key primary schools in Haidian District,helping the development of school sports and gaining their own benefits.2.Sports training institutions participate in the one-hour basketball class of key primary schools in Haidian District mainly through the form of content supply,that is,institutions provide the required professional basketball knowledge and skills training guidance services for schools.3.The basic situation of the development of basketball class in one hour after class of key primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing with the participation of sports training institutions is as follows: the basketball class has established management regulations,but the implementation is not thorough;the infrastructure is complete,but there is a slight lack of meeting the needs;the class hours are less,and the teaching content is formulated unilaterally,which is not conducive to the mutual promotion of basketball class teaching and school sports teaching;However,the mobility of the basketball class is not conducive to the management of both sides;the basketball class teaching is welcomed by students,but the improvement of students and the lack of performance evaluation of coaches;both sides work together to promote the development of the basketball class,but communication is inadequate;the funds of the basketball class are guaranteed by the government,but the source is single,which is not conducive to better sustainable development.4.With the participation of sports training institutions,the development of one-hour basketball class in Haidian District of Beijing has been generally recognized by schools,parents and students.Sports training institutions are a force that can not be neglected in helping the development of school sports.They should be vigorously promoted under the normative management and supervision,and give full play to the advantages of social resources in the field of education.
