Investigation On The Status Quo Of Haidian District Junior High School Junior Sports Clubs In Beijing

The club activities can enrich the cultural life of the students,enhance the physical fitness of students,training students to participate in the activities of the love of the sport consciousness,and also for the development of the national sports development,science and technology,culture and cultivate a large number of talents.This article mainly uses the literature material law,the questionnaire survey,the interview method and so on carries on the research to the Haidian District 6 national youth club,grasps the club the development scale,the teacher strength and so on the development present situation.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the current national youth club in Haidian District,and provides reference for the sustainable development of the club in the future.The results show that the club has played a positive role in the development of youth sports,but there are also problems,and draw the following conclusions:1 Haidian District primary school junior high school sports club teachers proportion is not reasonable,mainly by part-time coaches,full-time coach shortage.2 Haidian District national junior high school sports club venues shortage,winter project site is almost zero.3 the number of junior high school sports clubs in Haidian District is small and the distribution is not balanced.4 Haidian District junior high school sports club winter projects carried out less and slow,did not keep up with the relevant national policies.5 Haidian District primary school national junior sports club in terms of capital investment,the proportion of the imbalance,the club for the construction of less funds,mainly used to hire part-time coach of labor costs.
