| Education is a career for the future.Research on future education has been popular since the 1960 s.With the changes of the times and the alternation of the century,human society has opened a new round of scientific and technological revolution.The birth of artificial intelligence and the big data will lead the development of intelligent education in the future.In fact,the future education is the state of development under the expectation of the future vision.The middle school teachers in the future education are the instructors who grasp the opportunities and survive in the future challenges.Education is the basis of the socialist modernization drive,and the literacy of teachers has profoundly affected the growth of minors.It can be said that the literacy of middle school teachers is highly related to the education project,the people’s livelihood,and the revival project.From a macro perspective of future education development,this study investigates the current middle school teachers’ literacy in the historical context,and tries to establish an analytical framework for the future education literacy of middle school teachers.Based on the analysis framework,questionnaire and interview outline are made to investigate the overall quality performance of today’s teachers.Then,this study points out the problems existing in the future education literacy of middle school teachers,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on the improvement of the future education literacy based on attribution analysis.This study clearly state that only under the guidance of the direction of "future education" can we deepen the theoretical and practical research of teachers’ literacy,realize our vision of continuous self-transcendence of future secondary education,and make every minor’s life develop freely,comprehensively and harmoniously.This study focuses on the future and the present.It is expected that the research will be pioneering and innovative.From the macro perspective of future education development,this study will examine the current quality of middle school teachers in the history of future education development,and consider the overall literacy performance of teachers in the future education literacy analysis framework of middle school teachers,pointing out the current future education of middle school teachers.The problem of literacy exists,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the improvement of future educational literacy.It is clearly pointed out that the current literacy research and practical exploration of middle school teachers can only deepen the literacy theory and practice research of teachers in the direction of "future education",and can truly realize the ideal of self-transcendence of secondary education in the future,so that every minor life is free develop in a comprehensive and harmonious manner.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part: the analysis of future education and middle school teachers.Considering the demands of human needs,times background,social expectations and development of science and technology,this study summarizes eight basic trends of future education development,namely,humanization,individualization,modernization,internationalization,fairness,quality,informatization and intellectualization.The study also explores four extension elements that future education include,that is,future schools and classrooms,future teachers and students,future curriculum and textbooks.Based on the fore works,the study reveals the background of future education and what future education should be,and analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by the secondary school teachers in the future education development.The second part: the analysis framework of the future education literacy of middle school teachers.In view of past research and reflection,this study thinks that the analysis framework of the future education literacy of middle school teachers mainly consists of two aspects: internal requirements(idea,attitude,knowledge)and external operations(technical application,teaching implementation).And the analysis framework is divided into five dimensions: they are future education philosophy,future education attitude,future education knowledge,future education technology application,future education and teaching implementation.Based on these five dimensions,the research discussed the future education literacy of middle school teachers.The third part: investigation of middle school teachers’ future education literacy cognition and practice.Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of futurology,future education research and the analysis framework of secondary school teachers’ future education literacy,the author compiles the questionnaire and interview outline of secondary school teachers’ future education literacy according to relevant requirements,and investigate the present situation of secondary school teachers’ future education literacy in China,to present objective circumstances of the future education literacy of secondary school teachers.Through the survey,it is found that the overall level of secondary school teachers’ future education literacy are general standard,and there are great differences among different groups of middle school teachers’ performance.In attribution analysis,it is found that the internal reasons affecting the future education literacy of middle school teachers are lackness of future education awareness,negative attitude towards future education and insufficient endogenous motivation for learning,the external reasons are excess of procedural work and insufficient effect of continuing education.The fourth part: suggestions for improvement of future education literacy of middle school teachers.This study gives some suggestions on how to improve middle school teachers’ future education literacy according to the practical problems and causes of the survey.It mainly includes two aspects: internal motivation and external security.Internal motivation points out that we should deepen our understanding of future education,prepare for future education actively and change our self-learning mental model.External security points out that we should strengthen the support of working environment,improve evaluation and supervision system of quality training evaluation,and care for teachers’ future development.This study is expected to help the growth and development of secondary school teachers under the macro background of future education development,and realize a better vision of future secondary education.The conclusion part expresses the enthusiasm of author for future education and present the ideal image of future middle school teachers.Focus on the future is what secondary education should pursuit,it is also the ideal form of education,the choice of history,and the call of the times!... |
