Talent-based is one of the basic policies of “Made in China 2025”,which puts new demands on the quality of secondary vocational education and requires the cultivation of knowledge-based and compound workers.Because of the differences in student resources,learning foundation,learning motivation,and learning styles,the need for employees to have job skills in their jobs has exposed many problems in traditional classroom teaching.The development of mobile Internet and artificial intelligence has brought opportunities for the development of secondary vocational education.Many schools have tried to use blended teaching to change teaching embarrassment."Computer Application Foundation" is a public course for all majors in secondary vocational schools.The textbook outline requires that the teaching content should reflect professional characteristics.This paper studies the teaching content,teaching process framework and teaching effect evaluation of "Computer Application Foundation" through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.First of all,through communication with front-line teachers,business personnel,and students,a questionnaire for office office software skills that employees need to master and a questionnaire for students' original computer operation skills are set.Through the factor analysis,the questionnaires of the office software skills that the enterprise needs to grasp by the employees are analyzed,and the key points of the teaching are determined from the perspective of the enterprise.Through the factor analysis,the students' original computer operation skills questionnaire is analyzed,and the difficulty of teaching is determined from the perspective of students.Then,combined with the process of teaching design,the paper analyzes the three aspects of pre-teaching,teaching process design and teaching effect evaluation,and constructs a layered hybrid teaching process framework.The pre-teaching analysis is based on the results of factor analysis,and stratifies the teaching content,teaching objects and teaching objectives.The teaching process design includes three stages: teaching,classroom teaching and post-class consolidation of the mobile teaching platform.Three parts: learning evaluation,classroom teaching evaluation,and activity organization evaluation.Finally,according to the design of the blended teaching process framework,the "Function and Formula" teaching content of "Computer Application Foundation" was selected,and blended layered teaching was implemented.Through data analysis,the learning time period,whether the homework score is affected by the degree of video viewing and the difficulty of the task,the difference in performance before and after the blended teaching,whether the stratification has an impact on the student performance of different learning levels,the experimental class and the control class The analysis of the satisfaction of the course teaching and other aspects proves that the use of mixed stratified teaching can improve the teaching effect and promote the individualized development of students.The research of this subject can provide reference value for computer courses,and can provide reference for students who cultivate different levels.
