The twenty-first century is an era of information technology.The rapid development of information technology has brought huge impact on educational technology.In recent years,with the increasingly widespread application of mobile terminal,the development of mobile learning has advanced the change of the teaching,learning and evaluating approaches.Traditional ways of teaching evaluation attach importance to summative evaluation.Formative evaluation may also be involved,however,it cannot reach the goal of teaching evaluation well for the limitation of time and the ways of evaluation record.This research is about the study of the evaluation model for a mobile terminal oriented teaching system in middle school chemistry courses.The Delphi method is used to collect the opinion and agreement,which help to establish the evaluation model for mobile terminal oriented teaching system in middle school chemistry courses,from some experts in this field and some chemistry teachers from middle schools.It is hoped that this establishment will be of practical significance to the reform of teaching evaluation nowadays.This thesis will be devided into the following six chapters:Chapter One is about the introduction of the background,purpose,strategy and method of this research.Chapter Two reviews some current researches in mobile terminal oriented education and evaluation models,as well as defines three major concepts of mobile terminal,evaluation model and Delphi method in this thesis.Chapter Three is the current researches of evaluation model for middle school chemistry courses.These researches show that the most teachers consider it is necessary to make a reform of traditional teaching evaluation model under the information technology setting.Chapter Four mainly narrates the details of instruction of Delphi method,expert selection,question air organization and statistic method for data analysis.The evaluation model for a mobile terminal oriented teaching system is established after the investigation via two rounds application of Delphi question airs.Chapter Five elaborates the practical application of the evaluation model in current chemistry class under the mobile platform named Lanmoyun Class.Chapter Six summaries the conclusion of this research.It points out the limitation and prospects the further development of this theory.After the study of literature and the interview with some experts,the fundamental structure of this evaluation model is preliminarily built.Via the analysis of the data which are collected from the two rounds Delphi investigations on 17 experts chosen from the professors in universities,the chief of the education department in vocational colleges,the prominent young teachers in the city,the leaders of the Grade Three chemistry course preparation groups in high schools and the chemistry teachers in middle schools,the evaluation index for a mobile terminal oriented teaching system is further perfected.According to the significance of each index,a measuring scale for class assessment is established.Finally,the evaluation model for a mobile terminal oriented teaching system is established after the investigation via two rounds application of Delphi question airs.The author puts this evaluation model into practice in the chemistry class under the mobile platform named Lanmoyun Class,which offers a reference for the application of multidimensional evaluation model for a mobile terminal oriented teaching system.
