The work of higher vocational teachers has the dual attributes of higher education and vocational education,and their professional development should also take into account both.However,for a long time,due to the influence of various factors,the professional development of vocational teachers has neither reached the required "higher" level or the necessary "vocational" ability.Under the background of the country vigorously promoting the development of vocational education and strengthening the construction of teachers,the problem of the professional development of vocational teachers needs to be resolved.Since the 1990 s,the professional development of vocational teachers has gone through three stages of adaptive transformation,overall quality improvement and individual self-development.The influencing factors have also changed with different environments.Through comparative analysis,you can understand the formation of factors The historical basis is helpful for a more comprehensive and in-depth discussion of the current factors.Using two survey methods,questionnaire and interview,it was found that the professional development of vocational teachers is mainly affected by 17 factors;with the help of decision experiment and evaluation laboratory method(DEMATEL),from the aspects of effect degree,affected degree,cause degree and prominence degree,etc.Clarified the types,attributes and roles of all factors.The breakthrough of the professional development dilemma of higher vocational teachers requires targeted negative resolution of negative resistance,a positive effect,and an effective internal and external integration dynamic mechanism.The construction of the professional development motivation mechanism for higher vocational teachers should highlight the quality of higher education,strengthen the practical attributes of vocational education and focus on personal development in terms of value orientation,so as to give full play to its functions of guidance,encouragement and integration.In terms of the construction approach,the endogenous power mechanism can be gradually formed around the levels of school management,teacher groups,and individual consciousness.The construction process of the exogenous power mechanism requires the cooperation between the education administration and various organizations.In constructing strategies,we should start from the aspects of innovative policy implementation mechanism,reshaping the subjective consciousness of professional development of vocational teachers,expanding teachers ’professional development channels and perfecting the Safeguard measures.To sum up,the formation of corresponding dynamic mechanism based on factor analysis can promote improvement of teachers’ professional concept,professional attitude,professional knowledge and professional ability,effectively achieve the goal of professional development of higher vocational teachers,and build a high-quality higher vocational teachers team.
