In recent years,the cancellation of accounting qualification certificate and the development of financial intellectualization have led to changes in the accounting industry,which marks the development of accounting talents from financial to managerial.This trend has promoted the transformation of training objectives and modes of accounting professionals in secondary vocational schools,and also put forward new requirements for accounting teachers in Secondary Vocational schools.The reform of accounting profession and the status quo of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools attaching more importance to theory than to practice impact each other,affecting the professional identity of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools.Relevant studies have shown that teachers' professional identity is the internal driving force of teachers' development.Higher level of professional identity can reduce teachers' job burnout,improve teachers' job satisfaction and promote teachers' professional development.This study takes accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and interviews,we can understand the status quo of accounting teachers' professional identity in secondary vocational schools,and explore the influencing factors of teachers' professional identity in five aspects: teachers' individual characteristics,school level,students' influence,industry environment and social evaluation.The results of this study show that:(1)The overall level of professional identity of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools is relatively high,and the average values of the four dimensions from high to low are: professional values,professional behavior orientation,professional sense of belonging,and role values.The professional identity of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools to the dimension of role values needs to be further enhanced.(2)Through the analysis of the status quo of professional identity of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools,it is found that the overall level of professional identity of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools has no significant difference between gender,educational background and professional title.There are significant differences in teaching age,age,marital status,monthly income level,whether full-time teachers,whether class teachers,whether double-qualified teachers.(3)The influencing factors of accounting teachers' professional identity in secondary vocational schools include teachers' individual characteristics,school level,students' influence,industry environment and social evaluation.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions at the individual level,school level and social level of teachers.
