| Post internship is an important part of vocational education teaching,an important segment of skilled personnel training in vocational schools,and the concrete embodiment of the teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning.This investigation has found that there are some drawbacks in archives management of post internship in secondary vocational school.Firstly,the weak awareness of archives and the lack of understanding of archives and archives work among leaders,teachers and students have delayed the smooth progress of archives work.Secondly,the organizations are not perfect,and no corresponding archives management organization has been set up to manage the post internship files.Thirdly,the structure of archives information carrier is single,and the management mode of post internship archives is relatively old and backward,which greatly reduces the efficiency of archives utilization.Due to the above reasons,this paper is based on the actual needs of post internship archives management.On the basis of literature research and current situation investigation,this paper carries out a study on the construction of post internship archives management system in secondary vocational schools,proposing the establishment of post internship archives management system 'one core,two dimensions and three aspects' in secondary vocational schools.This system follows the principle of full participation,whole process management,taking the post internship management system as the core,including three aspects like 'before internship,during internship,after internship' and 'school,enterprise,student' from the two dimensions of time and space,in order to ensure the complete collection,arrangement,storage and use of the post internship archives.The construction of this system should be realized through improving the management mechanism,strengthening the archives awareness and strengthening the construction of archives informatization. |
