With increasing demand for the vocational personnel for social and economic development,our country is paying more and more attention to the vocational education,and bridging the gap between the vocational education and normal education is mentioned in so many documents.Under national favorable policies,provinces and cities will develop their own vocational education system according to their own regional economic development characteristics.3+2 model to bridge the gap between vocational education and Bachelor education is a good endeavor to perfect vocational education system.Bridging curriculum gap is the core of 3+2 model,and the establishment of curriculum will relate to achieving talented personnel's cultivation.Study on bridging curriculum gap is really important for the smooth switch from vocational education to bachelor education.This thesis will study and analyze bridging curriculum gap on the part of Guangdong province in terms of 3+2 model,and come up with optimization measures.First.The current study will be combed through on the basis of analyzing documents in order to find out the shortcomings.With the help of labor division theory and system optimization theory,cognitive transfer theory and Structuralism,The problem with and optimization for bridging curriculum gap can be found.Second,this thesis will take major of electronic information engineering technology in Guangdong as example and through text analysis,comparison,survey,interview and case study to clarify the problems with bridging curriculum gap in terms of 3+2 model.These problems include:Talented personnel's cultivation lacks tiers in terms of bridging gap,contradicting curriculum establishment;there is no universal standard for curriculum structure module;there's repetition and absence in the curriculum content;knowledge is distributed unevenly in the differential curriculum system;curriculum organization lacks discipline and order.Based on problems,analysis will be made on curriculum system,cultivation concept,physical distance,teaching resources allocation and so on.Finally.On the basis of problems and reasons and under the guidance of educational theory,This thesis will come up with the following optimization strategies:One.carry out the concept of talented personnel's cultivation,establish flexible credit management mechanism,and use modern information means to help cultivation of talented personnel.Two.integrate curriculum design.Three.establish systematic optimization adjustment mechanism,and constantly upgrade and adjust curriculum and optimize teaching resources allocation.Four.Ameliorate the law on vocational education,clarify the participants' duties and rights,increase fund investment,strengthen field trip site establishment,perfect the Standardization of vocational skills,which will guarantee the smooth operation of 3+2 education model.
