In recent years,driven by the government and academia,Beijing has opened the country and social work has entered the hospital.Along the country,some hospitals have begun to introduce social work systems.Especially since 2016,medical social work has become one of the hottest branches of social work,and job competition is particularly fierce.However,the cultivation of medical social work in colleges and universities is relatively lagging behind,especially the professional internship in medical social work.Medical social work is an applied discipline with strong practicality and operability.The training of more and better medical social work talents is inseparable from the experience of medical social work practices.The professional internship in medical social work is an important part of the future medical social work.The internship performance directly affects the understanding of medical social work interns on medical social work,and the confidence in future medical social work,and also affects medical social work practice.Health's recognition of the profession and the choice of future job search.Through the experience of medical social interns in H universities,the author finds that during the medical social work internship,interns generally have deviations in role cognition,and the role cognition bias makes some students retreat in the internship.This role cognitive bias,mainly in the hospital party and government leadership,medical staff and their role expectations,as a medical social work intern just entered the hospital,experienced the blindness of the medical society work "all-powerful"Optimistic,to deny yourself after encountering setbacks,to produce negative confusion of "can't be",and then to actively adjust in practice,to reposition the role "have some energy."Based on the above-mentioned process of cognition,the author analyzes how cognition forms and connects transformations from the perspective of interns,and what kind of experience is there at different stages,especially from "can't be able to" to"something" During the process of cognitive transformation,a large number of students lost their professional confidence and chose to leave,leading to disappointment in the choice of social work profession when choosing a career.Based on this,this paper analyzes the causes of role cognition bias in the medical social work professional internship,and proposes the path selection of the role reconstruction of medical social work professional interns from the three levels of medical social work interns,medical institutions and universities.To provide a theoretical basis for professional interns in medical social work to enhance professional confidence and role identity.
