China College Student To Manage The Rule Of Law Study

With the promotion of law governing, the country governed by law requires universities to go out of the vacuum of law governing. This is a choice forced to university, at the same time it should be a course that universities should actively take part in. Typical cases indicate that student administration in university is still a field "ruled by men". Therefore, the realization of student administration ruled by "law" in university is chosen to be the target of the research.As a standard study which follows the logical way of thinking of the "problem raising-analyzing-solving", combining the practice research of typical case, the research primarily uses the methods of literature search and comparative research. The important meaning of student administration ruled by "law" is that it fundamentality guarantees and promotes university autonomy, and is a symbolization of a university well serving the society, producing knowledge, cultivating high-qualified citizen.
