Since 2014,the Northeast economy has faced tremendous downward pressure.At one time,there was a “slump-like decline”,which was defined as the “new northeast phenomenon”.To break the "new northeast phenomenon",we must stimulate the vitality of the industry,and talents become a key factor in the development of the region.However,in recent years,there has been a large outflow of talents in Northeast China,and brain drain has become a major problem facing the revitalization of Northeast China.Therefore,in-depth study on the brain drain in Northeast China,grasp the law of talent flow,explore the deep-rooted reasons and mechanisms affecting the flow of talents,and propose a scientific and systematic talent strategy to give full play to the support and driving role of talents in regional economic development.It is of far-reaching practical significance to realize the economic transformation and industrial upgrading of the old industrial bases in Northeast China.When discussing the causes of brain drain,the biggest problem is the lack of statistical data.There is no systematic and complete statistical data on the brain drain situation,which greatly affects the analysis and discussion of the causes of brain drain.In theory,the causes of brain drain are very complicated,and a perfect indicator system is constructed to reflect the causes of brain drain is another important question for this article.In order to solve the problem of the lack of brain drain data,this paper innovatively introduces the text mining method in the field of computer science,taking heterogeneous individual viewpoint data as the starting point,and presenting macro and micro influencing factors in the same data system,thus achieving Quantitative empirical analysis of multiple influencing factors.The accuracy of searching for brain drain data using crawler technology depends on the choice of keywords.This paper adopts the secondary selection method to realize the change of keywords from extensive to fine,which makes the search of data more precise.This paper takes the talent flow in Northeast China as the research object,describes the status quo and spatial distribution characteristics of brain drain in Northeast China,and uses the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis to deeply explore and analyze the factors and mechanisms affecting brain drain.This paper uses the web crawler technology to crawl the microblog and comment data from 2010 to 2018,and transform the data into low dimensional data for analysis by data cleaning,Chinese word segmentation,stop words,keyword extraction and word vector conversion,then use K-means text clustering analysis method to mine the main focus of brain drain problem in Northeast China.The research results show that:(1)The most important reason for the impact of talent flow is salary,the attention is 79.71%;(2)The personal development space is 75.32%,which is mainly reflected in the improvement of personal ability and entrepreneurial development space.Another important reason for the flow of talents;(3)The degree of economic development is 73.91%,which is mainly used for entrepreneurial development and personal salary,and it is also an important reason for the flow of talents;(4)The concern of the business environment is 62.32%.It mainly affects the number of individual entrepreneurs and high-quality enterprises,and is also an important reason for the flow of talents;(5)The degree of attention to the complexity of social relations is 50.42%,which is mainly reflected in the fairness of employment opportunities,which is the reason that affects the flow of talents,but not the important reason;(6)The demand for job demand is 49.28%,which is mainly reflected in the matching degree of the job.The job mismatch is the cause of the passive loss of talents;(7)The attention of resources and climate environment is 27.54%.It mainly affects the health of talents and is also the cause of talent mobility.Based on this,this paper provides targeted countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the attractiveness of talents in the Northeast region from the aspects of improving economic development level,deepening institutional reform,creating a good business environment,optimizing industrial structure,and improving regional environment.The innovations of this paper mainly include three points: First,the use of web crawler technology to obtain the relevant data of brain drain,to make up for the lack of data on brain drain;second,the choice of keywords for crawler technology,this paper uses the second choice method to determine The choice of reptile keywords,that is,extensive selection,and then on the basis of screening keywords to obtain refined keywords,the proposed method is of great significance for the accurate discussion of the reasons for brain drain;the third is empirical analysis of talent The main reason for the loss,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
