With the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the promulgation of new curriculum standards,the improvement of students' quality and the attention to individual differences have been widely concerned by the society,which undoubtedly poses new challenges for teachers' teaching.As far as geography is concerned,teachers need to incorporate new curriculum concepts into teaching and implement them.This requires teachers to have good teaching and design literacy.Instructional design is a necessary skill for teachers' teaching.It is a key part of teachers' professional practice and plays an important role in the professional development of teachers.As an important indicator of teacher professional development,instructional design needs to be focused.Although there are many research results on teacher teaching design nowadays,from the research object,scholars' research on the group of novice teachers in geography subject high school has not been involved,which makes the development of teaching design of high school geography novice teachers lack of research results that can be directly borrowed.Based on this understanding,based on the existing research,the thesis analyzes the performance of classroom teaching design of high school geography novice teachers and proposes training strategies based on existing problems.At the same time,this is also the innovation of the article.Through the research of this paper,it can not only enrich the development of instructional design,broaden the scope of teaching design in the geography subject novice teachers,but also promote the progress of geography novice teachers and the efficiency of geography classroom teaching.Based on the relevant literature,on the basis of constructivist theory,system theory,communication theory and geography teaching theory,the thesis constructs the research framework of geography classroom teaching design and investigates the high school geography novice teachers.Using the combination of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis,the classroom teaching design of high school geography novice teachers is studied.According to the feedback of the questionnaire,the statistical analysis of the obtained information shows that the current situation of classroom teaching design for high school geography novice teachers is as follows:(1)Did not give full play to the guiding role of geography curriculum standards in teaching;(2)Most of the novice teachers have the content of the teaching materials.The analysis is not deep enough;(3)The classroom introduction link has high degree of attention and various forms;(4)In the teaching process The students' attention is less,and the students' understanding is not comprehensive.(5)The multimedia technology is flexible,but the writing ability needs to be improved;(6)The teaching reflection frequency is low and the emphasis is not enough.In order to understand the current situation of the classroom teaching design of high school geography novice teachers,and enrich and enrich the research of the thesis,the article selects the specific classroom teaching design case texts of novice teachers and quality teachers on the basis of the questionnaire survey.There are differences in the content of the textbooks,student situations,teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching activities,blackboard design and teaching evaluation.Based on the problems of high school geography novice teachers in classroom teaching design,the article proposes the following training strategies: in-depth studying of geography curriculum standards and teaching materials: grasping the geography subject knowledge system as a whole;being good at communicating with students and discovering the confusion in learning under the class;being good at summing up the problems in the teaching,reflecting on the shortcomings in the teaching;more than the old teachers to exchange teaching experience,improving their teaching level;strengthening the teaching design training for novice teachers,and promote the development of teaching design capabilities.The classroom teaching design of geography novice teachers is related to the cultivation of the core literacy of geography.The novice teacher is the starting point of teacher professional development and plays an important role in the professional growth of teachers.Therefore,improving the teaching design literacy of geography novice teachers is of great significance to the promotion of geography novice teachers.
