As the importance of education has become increasingly prominent, the study of teachers’ professional adaptation has been the concern of many experts and scholars. In this paper, the novice middle school geography teachers as the research object, using literature research, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods show thesis. Using SPSS tools to analyze the data collected, summarized the present situation of novice middle school geography teacher profession adaptation, explore reasons for its vocational adjustment disorder produced furthermore classification, Finally, find a solution to solve maladjustment about occupation for novice middle school geography teachers and provide a theoretical basis and data support.By collate statistical data, access to relevant literature, we draw the following conclusions:(1) In accordance with the initiative to adapt and secondary adaptation provided by outside, the novice middle school geography teachers’ professional adaptation types are divided into four categories: Best Adaptation; Active adaptive; Passive adaptive; Laissez faire.(2)The reasons of novice middle school geography teacher profession discomfort are manifold:Firstly, The presence of higher normal education theory and practice of education imbalance, moreover curriculum neglected Developing Students’ capabilities of Education Management; secondly, Normal Students’ own professionalism and mental capacity to be improved, also lack of awareness about establish the prestige of teachers. Finally, most middle schools neglect to establish and perfect the system of novice teacher’s professional growth, to help their professional growth too little.(3) Normal Students career adjustment disorder mainly in three aspects:classroom teaching, educational management, environmental adaptation, together determine their professional adaptation process. The novice middle school geography teachers should not only pay attention to the growth of professional skills, but also should pay attention to improve their education management capabilities. Teachers not only plays "preaching Tuition FAQ" role, but also played the role of managers, Teaching and educating people as important. Only the implementation of the management of the education of students, teaching will not do "useful work", teachers can be successfully completed vocational adaptation.(4)the novice middle school geography teachers’ occupational adaptability of strategy training can be form three perspectives:the perspective of the National Education Department, the perspective of the new high school geography teachers, middle school’s Angle, the Angle of higher normal colleges at all levels Angle of each specific strategy training have the characteristics, requires the use of reasonable.(5) When selecting the novice middle school geography teachers’ professional adaptation training strategies should follow the principle of diversification, integration, step by step, acceptability, and theory with practice. Because each strategy has its own advantages and disadvantages, the main bodies of implementation strategies are also different; the training object is complex, so choose to follow the above principles.
