In recent years,the high incidence of bullying among junior high school students has aroused the concern of the whole society.Middle school is a critical period for the development of students,and school bullying seriously affects the healthy growth of students.In 2016,the office of the state council steering committee issued a notice on the special management of school bullying.At this point,pay close attention to bullying prevention and control work has become a social consensus.In this context,in November2017,the ministry of education and other 11 departments jointly issued the notice of strengthening the comprehensive management program of bullying among primary and secondary school students,which pointed out that the prevention and control education of bullying should be strengthened in morality and rule of law classes to improve students' ability to prevent and control bullying and effectively reduce the occurrence of bullying.The morality and rule of law course in junior middle school is a subject that guides students to establish correct moral concepts and form good moral qualities,and helps students to adapt to the gradually expanding practical life.The introduction of bullying prevention education in morality and law courses can help students grow up more actively and healthily.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct the prevention and control education of school bullying in the course of morality and rule of law.By sorting out relevant literatures on the prevention and treatment of school bullying at home and abroad,this paper investigated and studied the prevention and treatment of school bullying in YPEZ school in Yuanping city from the perspective of morality and rule of law teaching.Based on social support theory,social control theory and maslow's hierarchy ofneeds theory,the current situation of bullying prevention and treatment education was studied by means of questionnaire survey and interview.The study found that the current campus bullying prevention education the main problems are: the cause of part of the teachers' attention to bullying prevention education level is low,the teachers of deep bullying prevention education content mining,the teacher in the school bullying prevention education teaching method is single,teachers heavier light bullying prevention education,student performance part bullying prevention education contents operability is poor.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes corresponding Suggestions for the causes of the problems in the prevention and treatment of school bullying in moral and rule of law courses.Schools should strengthen education and training on prevention and control of school bullying and improve teachers' awareness level.Teachers should dig into the content of teaching materials to highlight the prevention and control of school bullying education;Teachers should adopt a variety of teaching methods to make the prevention and control of school bullying effective.The teacher must establish the objective appraisal system,lets the student achieve the unity of knowing and doing;The teaching content is close to the reality of students' life,so that the prevention and control education of school bullying can adapt to the development of students.
