In recent years,frequent school bullying has seriously affected the healthy growth and development of students and caused public concern about campus safety.China successively issued notification documents on the prevention and treatment of bullying on campus and carried out nationwide governance practices.However,bullying still occurs from time to time.This article uses literature research methods,interviews,and content analysis methods to analyze the research on campus bullying and the status.Based on this,it tries to clarify the connotation,characteristics,types,and hazards of bullying in schools and analyzes the formation mechanism of bullying in schools.And try to explore the practice of prevention and cure of bullying from the perspective of pedagogy.In addition to the introduction,the full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the connotation,characteristics,classification and harm of campus bullying.Based on the analysis of the three roles of bullying,being bullied,and bystanders in the bullying situation in campus,the connotation of bullying in schools is determined,and the concepts of bullying and violence,aggressive behavior and joke behavior are discriminated.Then,clarify the five characteristics of campus bullying:universality,concealment,diversity,repetitiveness,and imbalance.According to the specific form of school bullying,it is divided into four types of bullying:speech,body,relationship,and cyber.Finally,it discusses the multiple hazards of school bullying to parties,schools,families and society.The second part is an analysis of the current situation of bullying in primary and secondary schools.Through the analysis of relevant bullish data on campus bullying,the characteristics of the current campus bullying,such as region,age,and bullying method,are summarized.And through the analysis of two typical cases of bullying in Zhongguancun No.2 Primary School and Yanqing No.2 Middle School,this study will pave the way for the study of the formation mechanism of school bullying.The third part is the formation mechanism of bullying in primary and secondary schools.This study believes that campus bullying is a product of the imbalance between the ecosystems of the primary and secondary school students and the adverse interactions between the various systems.The micro-system formed by the student’s self may stimulate campus bullying,and the negative interaction between the family,school,and peers’ triple mezzo systems and students induces the occurrence of campus bullying.The society as a macro system has a background effect on campus bullying.The fourth part is the prevention and cure of school bullying in primary and secondary schools.To prevent and treat bullying on campus,we must start from the education of people.Construct an education system that promotes sound development of people,strengthen self-education of students,promote the formation of good peer groups,give play to the family’s educational care function,strengthen education and counselling in schools,promote collaborative education in society,and form a practical path to prevent and treat bullying on campus.Eventually the primary and secondary school students were motivated to pull out bullying.
