Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Re Productive Age Population And Fertility-friendly Environment Construction

Based on the 2015 CGSS data and statistical yearbook data,this study uses the negative binomial regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the fertility willingness and the construction of the fertility-friendly environment in China from the perspectives of demography,economics and sociology.The study found that 56.8%of the fertility-aged people in China have basically satisfied their fertility willingness,while 43.2%the willingness of the remainder have not been satisfied.The results of negative binomial regression analysis show that the fertility willingness of the childbearing age population in China is affected by multiple factors such as population,economy and society.The specific manifestation is that the family size has a positive correlation with the willingness to bear;diversified pension model can promote fertility desire;the people who are more traditional in gender concept have higher willingness to give birth.Based on the Fertility Intermediate Determinants Theory and the empirical analysis of fertility willingness,this paper puts emphasis on the reasons why women of childbearing age are reluctant to give birth as the important point,analyzes the current situation of the fertility-friendly environment,finding that the fertility-related regimes are constantly improving but still lag behind.Furthermore.the contradiction between supply and demand of pre-school education resources,the influence of fertility on women's work,women's need for spouse to share housework and emotional support after childbirth,and women's fertility desire will be promoted if a flexible employment policy and a women-friendly work environment are provided,gender concept tends to be traditional while housework division tends to be modern.Finally,combined with the analysis of the factors affecting the fertility willingness and the status quo of the fertility-friendly environment,it is believed that it is necessary to establish a parental leave system,promote the diversified development of infant care services,build a female-friendly work environment,promote equal housework division and promote diversified pension model.From multiple perspectives,we will promote the construction of a fertility-friendly environment and stimulate the fertility willingness of the fertility subject.
