Study On The Fertility Desire Of Reproductive Aged Population In Harbin

Our country has implemented the family planning since the seventies of the 2Oth century,through the efforts of more than 30 years,in addition the development of social economy and improvement of living standards of the people since reform and opening-up,the change has taken place greatly in the fertility desire and behavior of the masses.Woman the sum of fertility rate drop from 5.8 of the beginning of the seventies of the 2Oth century:to 1.8 present,.last,keep under replacing competence several year already,to fertility desire(mean to bear child expectation of quantity mainly)greatly dwindle with disparity that national current child-bearing policy exist masses.Meanwhile,since the eighties of the 20th century,our country born population sex ratio deviate from normal range(according to long-term observation in the world continuously,born population normal value of sex ratio between 103-107),rise to 119.92 at the time of the fifth census by 2000,make gender preference have a partiality for issuer receive the ex-tehsive concern of the various circles of society.This research,which based on the survey,has been made in Harbin to investigate three elements such as ideal children count,gender preference,procreation time in fertility desire of child-bearing people. The author has analyzed the relationships between these three elements in fertility desire and impersonal elements such as gender,age,marital status,earning level,and educated level.The analysis result reveals: The ideal children of the reproduction age masses in Harbin count mostly in 2 and under 2 at present,it is the first-selection of most youth in Harbin to only bear a child;The respondent's gender,age,marital status, only-child,registered permanent residence property,schooling,income level factor prominent to influence that ideal children count;The gender preference has a partiality for existing among the crowds of different characteristics at the same time.
