Neglected children are possessed with the characters of easy to be shy,holding back towards attacks from other people and daring not express themselves.Growing with ages,peer interaction has greater influences on children,and teachers need to pay attention to the bad peer relationship of neglected children in the top class."Learning stories" Evaluation is based on paying attention to children's learning,finding out the shining points from children's body and promotes their all-round development.It has positive significance to promote the improvement of neglected children's social status.A neglected child in a kindergarten in Fuzhou was chosen in the study to analyze the attention,recognition and respond to the application of "Learning story" Evaluation,as well as the neglected children's learning activities in one day's life.Taking this as a bridge to the focus on what neglected children can do and are interested in,and design programs to intervene in neglected children's peer interaction status,so as to promote the development of neglected children's peer relationship.The study mainly adopted the following methods: peer nomination,observation,interview and back-to-back experiment.First of all,using peer nomination to select a neglected child and a suitable research object with teacher's interview.Later,after observing the child for about two weeks,the observation records and the learning stories of neglected children were written.The Mental Tendency Scale was used to analyze the stories that the child learned,identify the learning activities.Then design intervention programs with back-to-back experiment.The intervention results were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods.The result showed that the intervention measure based on the "Learning story" Evaluation can increase the communication time,the scope of communication,the initiative of communication and positive emotions in communication,so as to enhance the acceptance of peers and improve the status of peer interaction of neglected children.Through analyzing and summarizing of the intervention and results,the following suggestions are put forward:1.As writing learning stories of the neglected child,the teacher should take an objective attitude and pay more attention to the learning attitude of neglected children on the basis of the features of neglected child's aimlessness and lack of interest in activities in the process of activities.2.When reading the learning stories,the teacher should take understanding and acceptable attitude,together with other teachers in the class,to dig out more values of learning of the neglect child.3.As for the response to learning stories,it could be implemented from timely response,curriculum setting,teacher-child interaction,home cooperation and so on.
