| Peer relationship plays an important role in children’s life, especially in their personality and social development.Good peer relationship can promote the development of children’s social skills and social cognition, contribute to the establishment of children’s sense of security,self-confidence and self-identity,and contribute to the development of children’s personality and self-concept.Bad peer relationship will affect the development of children’s personality, and have a negative impact on the psychological and social development.Since the 1980 s,more and more studies have been conducted on peer relationship, while neglected children are children in a weak position in peer relationship. They have the characteristics of quiet, timidity, and no confidence, and have less positive and negative behaviors in peer communication, which are easy to be ignored by teachers and peers. If the peer relationship of the neglected children is not guided by intervention,so that they are neglected for a long time,it will have a bad impact on their physical and mental development.Cooperative games are a form of kindergarten games, which can enable children to play in a group, increase the opportunity of peer communication, and are of great value for children’s social development. This study designed and organized relevant cooperative games according to the specific conditions of the three subjects, aiming to improve the peer communication of the neglected children, improve the peer acceptance level of the neglected children, and then improve the peer relationship, and provide feasible activity implementation methods and suggestions for teachers. This study used the action research paradigm, supplemented by peer nomination, interview, observation, and literature collection.A middle class in a kindergarten in Sichuan Province was selected as the research field, and three neglected children were selected as the research objects by peer nomination,on-site observation and teacher interview.Through observation, interview and other methods, according to the analysis results, four themes were designed to cultivate children’s "sense of security, belonging","language expression ability","prosocial behavior" and "problem solving ability".In the process of "action, action, planning, reflection, planning and action",the results of the study subjects are analyzed through the three infant peer nomination data and the peer interaction of the study subjects, and make corresponding educational suggestions. The results show that the cooperative game activity designed based on the three neglected children who are neglected in peer communication, improves their social status in peers, improves peer relationship, and improves peer acceptance.Studies suggest that cooperative games can effectively improve the peer relationship of neglected children;they determine the focus of game activity design;teachers’ attitude and guidance strategy are the key to the implementation of cooperative games. It is suggested that kindergartens and parents pay attention to children’s social development and create opportunities for peer communication;attach importance to the cultivation of children’s sense of security, and establish a good parent-child relationship;attach importance to the value of cooperative games and enhance the design and implementation ability of cooperative games;and grasp the principle of gradual and permeability to improve children’s peer relationship. |
