In the process of socialization of children,the development of children is mainly influenced by two kinds of influences.One is the parent-child relationship with parents,and the other is the relationship between children of similar age,namely,peer relationship.As children the growth of the age and the improvement of psychological development,the scope of its activity from family gradually extended to the community,kindergartens and social,companion has become an important others,early childhood peer relations in the process of social development in preschool period plays a unique and irreplaceable role.The researchers according to the different performance of children's peer interaction and peer acceptance level peer relations can be divided into five types which neglected young children usually have a poor performance to interact with teachers,peer,game is not active,often activities alone,very few outstanding performance,they were active in class is not accepted nor rejected.Some inexperienced teachers often classify them as "problems" and "ignore them" according to their preferences.Over time,if adults are not actively guided by neglected children,intervention in the weak links of their physical or mental health will often have a negative impact on their later healthy growth.This research adopts literature method,social survey method,observation method and questionnaire survey,the first in shenzhen J kindergarten in large,medium and small class510 as the research object,the neglected children 73(accounts for 14.3% of the total),and then in understanding both at home and abroad on the basis of the research status of neglected children,on the basis of the ecological system theory to discuss the various factors that affect the neglected,and put forward Suggestions,in order to promote the development of neglected children's peer interaction ability,eventually improve the neglected.In the end,the three subjects were ignored before and after the intervention,and the intervention effect was analyzed.The results show that the different gender,age,only with the single,main caregivers,family structure,family intimacy and adaptability,the number of neighborhood andcommunity partner skills children all exist significant difference;At the same time,the neglected children's communicative ability is lower than not neglected children,and there is significant difference,according to the binary logistic regression analysis result,age,neighborhood,and community partner number of children are neglected has significant predict effect.In addition,qualitative research results also show that the effectiveness of the kindergarten day living arrangements,teachers guide,mixed age game development and community living environment have different degrees of influence on children's skills.Through collating and analyzing the results of the study,this study suggests improving the peer relationship of neglected children from the following aspects,and promoting the development of their peer communication ability:First,in terms of family,parents should pay attention to not only adopt the suitable breeding behavior,open and harmonious family atmosphere,establish harmonious neighborhood relationship,parents also need to create children to provide a safe and comfortable home environment at the same time,provide children with the same age or recent age companion with opportunities,in order to improve children's peer interaction ability.Second,kindergarten teachers should pay attention to the overall development of children and pay attention to the multi-dynamic evaluation.Secondly,the kindergarten teachers should create a good mental environment,and create a caring and encouraging atmosphere to increase the chance of companionship.In addition,we should strengthen communication and community cooperation in our homeland,attach importance to tracking records and intervention of neglected children,and realize the transformation of community resources to kindergarten curriculum resources.Three,on the community cooperation and resource utilization,pay attention to cooperate with the kindergarten,the transition of community resources to the kindergarten curriculum resources,create a good community environment and harmonious atmosphere for his neighbors.
