| In recent years,many researchers have neglected children’s peer relations for the intervention study,but the current study was concentrated in the same class,and USES mostly is the social skills training or single activity intervention for neglected children,this study in a comprehensive understanding of neglected children’s social behavior and personality characteristics,on the basis of combination of mixed-age education characteristics and advantages,design targeted intervention program,the neglected children of mixed age class social skills to conduct a comprehensive intervention,social environment,so as to improve the neglected children’s peer relations,to promote children’s overall harmonious development of mixed age class.The main research method of this study is action research method.Four neglected children from mixed-age class of H kindergarten in Zhangjiakou City are selected as the research objects.Based on the understanding of the characteristics of neglected children in mixed-age classes,we designed the action research program together with the mixed-age class teachers,obtained the action results in the process of action research,and put forward some suggestions on the basis of reflection.The action research program of this study includes direct intervention for neglected children and intervention for neglected children’s interpersonal environment.The direct intervention for neglected children includes: perceiving peer relationship,setting social goals,training social skills and stimulating social motivation;Intervention for neglected children’s interpersonal environment includes: emotional experience training and empathy training for other children,teachers’ attention and timely strengthening of good peer communication performance,and parents’ attention to and cooperation with children’s peer relations.The results show that the neglected children’s communication ability,communication initiative and enthusiasm are enhanced.The result of peer nomination showed that the peer relationship of neglected children was improved,and the action plan designed by the researcher is effective.In addition,through the analysis and discussion of action research and its conclusions,the following understandings are obtained: awareness of peer relationship and establishment of behavioral goals can effectively improve the peer relationship of neglected children;Social skills training has a good effect on the improvement of children’s peer relationship;Mixed-age education has a unique effect on the development of children’s communication ability.Creating a social atmosphere and stimulating children’s social motivation can promote children’s peer communication.To improve the neglected children’s peer relationship needs teachers’ attention and strengthened intervention;To improve the peer relationship of neglected children needs the cooperation of parents.Finally,the researchers put forward some suggestions: first,to formulate measures for the formation of the neglected children’s peer relationship;Second,make use of the characteristics of mixed-age education to make the young children and the old children complement each other.Thirdly,teachers should pay more attention to children and strengthen their good communication behavior in time.Fourth,more communication and cooperation between parents and teachers to improve the neglected children’s peer relations. |
