In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile terminal devices represented by smart phones are changing people's lives with their convenient and user-friendly operation experience, rich functional support, and massive apps provided in the application store.Mobile terminal devices benefit people in all aspects of study, life and work.As the main user group of mobile terminals, college students use various APP and web services provided by mobile terminals to conduct shopping, ordering, navigation, taxiing, reading, and searching for various types of information.Faced with increasing pressures for survival, academic pressure, and youthfulness of disease, college students are also actively seeking to capture and capture health information through mobile devices. However, due to the wide variety of mobile terminal health information, the quality of the content is uneven, and the vast majority of college students lack medical knowledge and limited understanding of professional medical vocabulary,so they inevitably encounter some difficult in the search, capture and utilization of health information. Therefore, studying college students' health information search behavior in the mobile terminal environment can not only help college students make correct medical decisions, improve their mobile terminal health information search experience, but also provide a basis for mobile terminal health information service providers to improve service quality. This paper firstly studies the theoretical results of traditional Internet health information search behaviors.Based on the existing research, this paper proposes a research on college students' health information search behavior based on mobile terminals. This paper uses the questionnaire survey method to explore the characteristics and laws of college students' mobile terminal health information search behavior.Secondly, this paper selects the college students from four universities in Zhengzhou to conduct interviews, and then uses the rooted theory to openly encode the original data. The code has a total of 23 main categories and 6 core categories.Furthermore, based on the relationship between categories, the influencing factors model of college students' health information search behavior based on mobile terminal is established. The model is verified and interpreted theoretically, and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: Firstly, this paper find that the health information search behavior of college students' mobile terminals presents the following characteristics: there is no essential difference between college students' search for health information content and traditional network environment;the search habits are obviously different;the search mode includes search, browsing,Occasional encounters, tracking;limited rationality in health information screening;lack of willingness to continue to pay attention to health information.Secondly, this paper established the influencing factor model of the health information search behavior of college students in the mobile terminal environment. This study finally obtains six factors that affect the health information search behavior of college students' mobile terminals, namely: individual factors, demand factors, mobile device factors, search platform factors, environmental factors, and information themselves. Finally, the six factors that affect the search behavior of college students' mobile terminal health information are not independent, but interact and influence each other.
