| "Youth is strong,country is strong".Facing the declining physical fitness of teenagers,the state actively grasps the opportunities for teenagers to receive physical education at school.Since 2011,the Ministry of Education has promulgated the document"On the Implementation of the" Sports and Art 2 +1 Project "in Primary and Secondary Schools in Compulsory Education,which has promoted further reforms in school sports.The document has been promulgated for more than a decade now,and the implementation situation in various regions has been different.In particular,due to various reasons,the development of school sports in rural schools is not very ideal.Therefore,the research on the development of school sports in rural schools in Pingdingshan City under the background of "Sports and Art 2 +1 Project" is conducted as an entry point.To find out the present situation and problems of pingdingshan school sports development,this paper takes pingdingshan rural school as the research object,adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method.The present situation and existing problems of school physical education courses and teaching,extracurricular sports activities,after-school training and competitions,school venue equipment,teachers,and leadership organization setting in Pingdingshan Rural School under the background of "Sports and Art 2 +1 Project" were discussed.According to the current situation of rural school sports in Pingdingshan City,this paper puts forward some suggestions to further promote the "Sports and Art 2 +1 Project" and the development of school sports.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)Curriculum and teaching: The introduction of sports courses and the implementation of the curriculum are relatively optimistic;Students 'satisfaction with the teacher's attitude to class reached 90 %;Very few schools design teaching materials and evaluate students with reference to the "Sports Art 2 +1 Project";The implementation of the "Sports Art 2 +1 Project" is not strong enough.(2)In the area of extra-curricular sports activities: 99 per cent,72 per cent and57 per cent of activities are carried out during school hours,morning exercises and one hour after school hours,respectively;Class exercises are carried out best,and other forms of extracurricular activities need to be further developed.(3)After-school training and competitions: 55 per cent of schools provide after-school training;74 % of thetraining tasks are performed by sports teachers;(b)Only 44 per cent of schools providing material support to school teams in after-school training;The school also needs to further strengthen the importance of extracurricular training.(4)Venue and equipment: The site equipment of Pingdingshan Rural School is not good,there are equipment damage and equipment settings are relatively single.(5)Teachers: The number of physical education teachers can not meet the needs of teaching for the time being;(a)The low percentage of female teachers;Ninety percent of the teachers in Pingdingshan Rural School actively participate in various trainings to improve their teaching ability.(6)In the establishment and promotion of project leadership bodies,only 4 % of schools are under the direct responsibility of the principal;Nearly 16 % of schools have done publicity on the "Sports,Art 2 +1 Project."Based on the above conclusions,the following strategies are proposed:(1)Schools and parents change their education concepts and strengthen their understanding of the "Sports Art 2 +1 Project" strategy.(2)Increase the opportunities for students to participate in sports activities,rationalize the proportion of participants in various projects,and improve the efficiency of students 'participation in sports activities.(3)Strengthen awareness of the importance of school training sports teams and provide teachers and material support for sports team training.(4)Increase investment in the construction of school sports facilities and improve sports equipment.(5)Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and attach importance to teacher training.(6)Establish a reasonable leadership organization and do a good job in promoting the "Sports and Art2 +1 Project". |
