Since the development of school sports in China,lifelong physical education has attracted much attention.Lifelong physical education refers to the summation of physical exercise and physical education that people have carried out in every period of their lives.School is the enlightenment stage of lifelorng physical education,but the thought of lifelong physical education has not developed very well.The main reason is that students do not master motor skills in school physical education classes,students lack initiative and enthusiasm for learning skills,the root of which is that students have a sense of learned helplessness when learning motor skills,and then reduce students'achievement motivation.Finally,students do not master good sports skills,can not form exercise habits,resulting in lifelong sports thought has not been carried out.In physical education study of college students,students lack self-confidence and enthusiasm for learning skills because of their own reasons,resulting in a sense of learning helplessness.At the same time,the individual loses the learning goal,reduces the college students'achievement motive in other aspects,causes the university student psychological trauma and begins to hate the movement,the fear movement and so on many kinds of negative emotion and the behavior.At present the social competition is very fierce,the university student's own quality becomes more and more important.Now the college student group is mainly the post-90s,mostly the only child,because of being coddled by the elder generation,so many people are difficult to take care of themselves,the ability to adapt is also relatively weak.A little frustration can lead to a sense of helplessness,which can lead to a loss of motivation to accomplish the goal,especially in sports class.Based on this,this study mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and data statistics.The acquisition helplessness questionnaire developed by Liang Dan and the Achievement motivation scale translated by Ye Ren Ren Min and K.A.Hagtvet of Shanghai normal University were cited as the research tools.The college students of non-sports major in Fuzhou,Fujian province are selected as the objects of investigation.The purpose of this study was to study the learning helplessness and achievement motivation of college students in Fuzhou,Fujian province.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the differences in the gender of the students' learning of sexual helplessness are mainly related to sports.There are also differences in grades.Freshmen are more likely to have learned helplessness than seniors.(2)there is no difference between the learned helplessness in college students'physical education;There are differences in different types of schools,and students in junior colleges are more likely to have learned helplessness.(3)there is no difference in the gender of the achievement motivation of college students' physical learning achievement,which is consistent with the results of the study of Dr.Julia's thesis;There is no difference in achievement motivation of college students in different grades.(4)there is no significant difference in academic achievement motivation of college students in sports;Significant differences in different types of schools,in the pursuit of success dimensions than college students,undergraduate course colleges and universities students in college students to avoid failure dimensions above undergraduate course colleges and universities students.(5)the higher the students' learning of physical education,the lower the level of achievement motivation,and the lower the learning helplessness,the higher the achievement motivation level.(6)the learned helplessness of college students' physical education is negatively correlated with achievement motivation,which is consistent with the results of mainstream research at home and abroad.Helplessness has a significant negative influence on the motivation of pursuing success.Helplessness has a positive influence on the avoidance of failure motivation,and the helplessness is negatively correlated with the synthetic motivation.The helpless motivation is negatively correlated with the synthetic motivation.
