A Probe Into The Service Strategy Of Promoting The Community Participation Of Unemployed Women From The Perspective Of Empowerment Theory

Under the background of community governance innovation,it's an important issue to promote the effective participation of community residents of the city,.The female community residents is an important part of the subject of community governance,it's also the main participants and beneficiaries of community service,community social workers should promote community female residents' participation,women play a role in city community development.However,current problem is the female community participation is insufficient,especially in the household as the main work of the unemployed female community residents participation is not positive enough.Therefore,it's necessary for the social workers to study the strategies and methods of intervention to promote the innovation and progress of community governance.This study takes the empowerment theory as a research perspective and F city J community as a case,which through the Q&A survey,interviews,observation and other methods,to analysis the present situation and reason of the unemployed female residents of community participation.To cultivate the community participation and ability of unemployed female residents from personal,interpersonal,community in three aspects,and put forward to promote the work of community participation and intervention strategies.Through summarizing the community relationship establishment,unemployed women participation of residents in the preliminary propaganda,interactive deepening,expanding each action stage of reflection and analysis of social work to promote the effectiveness of the method adopted,unemployed female residents of community participation in the process of application,promotion and so on.Through the study found that empowerment theory to the unemployed female residents group service strategy is effective,and promote the use of unemployed female community participation"acquaintance relationship link" "points of interest,to build an interactive platform","the public interest community events to promote participation","multimode joint advocacy"strategy,which can increase the unemployed female residents participation in the community.
