Social Work To Increase Awareness Of Community Residents' Participation Intervention Study

Community residents' sense of community participation is reflected in the sense of community ownership,sense of belonging and identity,and the attitude of residents towards community public affairs.Community residents actively participate and participate in community public affairs,express their wishes,and pay attention to the development of the community,which can promote the construction and progress of the community.Community participation in community participation strengthens the communication between residents,enhances neighborhood relations,strengthens the sense of community belonging and community cohesion,and promotes the civilization of the community.This article selects the social work method of the group and the community,and the author measure the community participation consciousness from three dimensions: the residents' attention to the community affairs,the willingness of the community participation and the identity of the community participation.In the work of the group,the author encouraged two members to exert their appeal to the community residents to participate in community affairs,to make the members aware of the ability of the residents to participate in community affairs and to be responsible for the management and development of the community.In the community work,the author found that the residents of the two community activities had better feedback and were attracted to the community.People participate in community activities to enable residents to participate in community affairs.The two social work methods have a direct impact on enhancing residents' sense of community participation.From this we can see that social work plays a practical role in enhancing residents' sense of community participation.This study shows that the group and community work can partly improve the weak sense of community belonging to the residents,improve the sense of effectiveness of the community participation,and make the residents realize their own value in the process of community participation.What is not resolved is the effect of changing the sense of unit and traditional family concept in a short time on enhancing residents' sense of community participation.Finally,a professional reflection is carried out,and the application scope of the social work method of the group and the community is summed up.The group work and the community work can be used to improve the community participation consciousness,andhave their respective advantages and disadvantages respectively.The group social work can develop its team members to become community leaders,with their own ability to improve the community participation consciousness within the scope of its influence,but limited to the scale of the group work and the small impact.It is not suitable for promoting community participation consciousness of all the community residents.Community activities have a certain scale of influence.It is suitable for the residents to pay attention to the publicity and public opinion effect of large community activities,to stimulate the residents' willingness to participate in the community affairs,and to improve the community participation consciousness.There are still shortcomings in this study,such as the insufficient experience of the social workers,the improper handling of the group members' emotions,the limited intervention effect of the group work,the lack of full play of the role of the social workers in the community work,and the unreasonable design of the community work plan.
