Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Gymnastics Special Course Teaching In Physical Education Specialty Of Physical Education College

Gymnastics is one of the main courses offered in physical education colleges.However,in recent years,gymnastics special courses have not been carried out satisfactorily or even some sports colleges have not offered gymnastics special courses,and there are few articles on this subject.Therefore,it is necessary to study the present situation of gymnastics special course in physical education colleges.This paper takes eight representative sports colleges and universities as the research object,regards the first national gymnastic championship of physical education colleges in2017 as the starting point,experiences the competition personally,and the special students of the participating sports colleges,taking the first national gymnastic championship in 2017 as the starting point.Gymnastics teachers and experts to communicate with each other,analysis of the problems in the development of colleges and universities,so as to raise Some suggestions are provided for the reform and development of gymnastics teaching.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1.The goal of curriculum development in various institutions tends to be the cultivation of teachers 'abilities.They do not fully exploit the individual potential of students and cultivate a narrow target.There are large differences in the number of classes in gymnastics special courses in various institutions,and most institutions have less hours,and the teaching content is highly technical.2.The teaching materials used by gymnastics students in each institution are different.Gymnastics students in four institutions use teaching materials for gymnastics classes,and two institutions use advanced gymnastics courses;The proportion of gymnastics special courses in each institution is the first,and the proportion of students 'ability is relatively low,and the assessment form is relativelysingle.3.The number of special gymnastics students in various institutions is relatively small,which is not conducive to the establishment of special gymnastics classes;The number of gymnastics teachers is small,the proportion of male and female teachers is uneven,the number of female teachers is small,the number of highly educated gymnastics teachers is insufficient,the number of academic scientific research results is small,and the number of advanced studies is small.4.The number of gymnastics competitions held in sports colleges is small,and the status of gymnastics clubs is not very optimistic;Gymnastics equipment and auxiliary equipment in some institutions are not perfect enough.In the light of the above,the following recommendations are made:1.Enriching the training target content and improving the comprehensive quality development of students;We should increase the number of gymnastics lessons,increase the number of theoretical lessons,and enrich the theoretical teaching content.2.Distribute teaching materials suitable for the special needs of gymnastics students;Enriching the content of the assessment,increasing the proportion of teaching practice and ability,and adopting a variety of evaluation methods.3.Use the Internet platform and news media to eliminate the public's misunderstanding of gymnastics.Gymnastics champions enter the campus and promote the popularity of gymnastics.4.Actively introduce outstanding young gymnastics teachers with high academic qualifications,and introduce female teachers to increase the number of teachers' training.5.The colleges and universities increase the number of gymnastics competitions,actively carry out gymnastics clubs,enrich the activities of gymnastics clubs,strengthen the emphasis on gymnastics teaching facilities,optimize gymnasticsequipment,update and improve gymnastics AIDS,and create a safe training environment for students.
