| The reform of specialized physical education is carried out based on the guiding ideology of "health first,all-round education",based on special movement,under the guide of the interest of students.The reform is put up in the file named “Opinions on Speeding up the Development of Sports Industry Development”(Lu Zheng Fa [2015]19)Dongying city in Shandong province is the earliest in the system of specialized physical education teaching reform.As the first experimental area of the reform,it's of great significance to the study of the current situation and the analysis of countermeasures.Teachers,site conditions,the organization forms,teaching effects,the condition of evaluation models in Yucai Primary School,Shiyan Primary School and Dongkai Primary School are studied in the paper in order to do a research of the current situation of the sports teaching reform of Dongying city.Then the conclusion is as following:1.The reform of specialized physical education in Dongying city is centered on students' interest.And the reform practices small class teaching at different levels and devotes to reform the traditional teaching in which the activities are so boring.The time of new classes is double longer than the traditional classes so as to greatly improve the efficiency of P.E.classes;2.It's believed that interest is the best teacher in the innovative teaching.In this new type of sports teaching,students' interest in sports and students' feelings will be paid more attention.All these activities are designed to arouse their motivation and improve their interest.Students are encouraged to master one or two skills and a sports plan should be made in order to keep on doing exercise.Students are able to learn some skills,at the same time they can take exercise;3.Some of teaching level is low in the pre-reformation because the reform in Dongying city is still at the experimental step.The specialized physical teaching is carried out according to students' interest.Therefore higher funding is needed and the result is the lack of specialized teachers;4.The lack of athletic ground in schools that practice the reform of specialized physical education leads to that students are not so active in P.E.classes.That willmake them gradually lose the interest in sports.Since specialized teaching is not mature,the sports specialized teaching evaluations also have deviation that the learning situation of students cannot be described objectively and comprehensively,using numbers to describe the evaluation results is paid more attention,instead of the learning process.That can't promote the development of students' learning and teachers' education.Put forward after the logical analysis:1.Employing professional teachers aiming at the shortage of teachers,strengthening the training of in-service teacher to improve professional ability,making up training plans that develop specialized sports for normal students to meet the special needs,and helping teachers establish a network communication platform;2.Making use of community or clubs resources to meet the needs of site according to the shortage of sites;3.Improving the theoretical research on the teaching of physical education and promoting the further development of the reform in view of the insufficiency of the theoretical research;4.Establishing associations or groups of interest related to sports in the school in order to improve the students' interest in sports,combining the sports specialized teaching and sunshine sports,unifying standard system of teaching evaluation,evaluating students reasonably,and carrying out various sports games to develop the interest in sports of students. |
