Football,the most extensive team sport in the world,has the reputation of "the first sport in the world".The attraction and influence of football,as well as the value of enhancing students' physique and cultivating team consciousness,are obvious.In recent years,the relevant departments of the Party and the state have issued a series of policies to promote the return of sports to education.Campus football is undoubtedly the most effective representative.With the continuous expansion of football into the campus,the collision between education and sports has deepened the thinking of the educational circles themselves,and the implementation of the mission of educating people and cultivating morality has been constantly innovating.In order to develop campus football well,we must pay close attention to the construction of two teams,that is,teachers and students: teachers should adhere to the concept of health first,uphold the purpose of education and cultivate morality,actively promote the popularization of campus football and the continuous innovation of education mode,guide students to constantly tap the charm of football itself,and truly play the positive role of campus football in improving students' physical and mental health.Function: Students should exercise scientifically,consolidate football skills,cultivate rules consciousness and sports spirit,and show the spirit of football unity and cooperation,perseverance,striving and enterprising and never giving in to defeat on the basis of respecting opponents and referees.This paper mainly from the perspective of strengthen moral education and cultivate people,Bengbu Football Characteristic School Campus Football development status as a breakthrough point,mainly to carry out campus football development of campus football in Bengbu City are summarized.(1)Bengbu primary and secondary schools gradually create a strong campus football environment,the comprehensive educational function of campus football has achieved initial results,but there areproblems such as lack of venues and equipment,single source of funds in rural schools.(2)Football teachers in Bengbu City are in good condition,but they are still facing the problem of fewer highly educated talents and low possession rate of relevant qualification certificates for football teachers.Bengbu is in the forefront of all provinces and municipalities,and has formulated a unified special teaching material for campus football,"We Love Football",but there are still problems in popularization and popularization.(3)Bengbu City has established a three-level,three-stage and three-stage competition system for campus football.The competition system is relatively mature and the results are remarkable.However,there are many problems in some schools,such as the tendency of utilitarianism.They pay too much attention to the results of matches and neglect the function of football in educating people.Some schools have not set up football teams and football matches are scarce.Some schools neglected the training of students' comprehensive quality in the competition.(4)In the teaching and training of campus football in Bengbu City,the basic content is to train students comprehensively and comprehensively.It pays attention to the cultivation of students' hobbies,physical quality,psychological quality and social adaptation.However,training takes up some learning time and affects the daily learning of a small number of students.According to the problems found above in the development of campus football in Bengbu City,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)Bengbu City should strengthen the exploration of diversified sources of funds for campus football,not only increase financial investment within the scope of policy permission,but also mobilize resources from all aspects of society,including corporate sponsorship,public welfare fund-raising,commercial development,and so on,while football.(3)Strengthen guidance and innovate forms of activities.Improve the participation of female students and properly increase the proportion of female teachers.Strengthen the organization of school events,ensure that children at different levels can participate in football competitions,expand the beneficiary groups of the educational function of school football competitions,and truly
