Biology is an important natural practice subject in high school teaching.Experimental teaching plays an important role in cultivating students 'innovation ability.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,high school biology experiment teaching should fully respect the subject status of students,strengthen the cultivation of students 'innovative spirit and practical ability,and comprehensively enhance students' scientific exploration consciousness and biological science literacy.“POE” teaching strategy has a wide range of applications in the current middle school education and teaching.It can effectively cultivate students 'ability to explore,stimulate students' interest in learning,and strengthen students 'ability to use their original knowledge to explain scientific phenomena and scientific principles.It is conducive to solving some practical problems in human social development and thus improving people's quality of life.Therefore,the application of “POE” teaching strategy in high school biology experiment teaching is not only the need to implement the new curriculum reform concept,but also can continuously strengthen students 'scientific thinking and innovative thinking,improve students' practical operation ability,observation and interpretation ability.The author has found that “POE” teaching strategy has less practice in high school biology experiment teaching in China,especially in the aspect of students 'interest in experimental learning and improvement of experimental operation ability.Based on the practice of “POE” teaching strategy in experimental teaching of high school biology,this paper analyzes the relevant concepts and theories in experimental teaching of high school biology through consulting a large number of literature materials,and combines the four experimental cases in the compulsory 3 of human teaching high school biology with the design teaching.To carry on the discussion and the effect analysis to the implementation “POE” teaching strategy.By means of questionnaire survey and experimental research method,this paper selects two classes in the second grade of senior high school,which are divided into experimental class and control class,and carries on comparative analysis and summary evaluation from the aspects of exploration ability cultivation,students 'interest in experimental learning,and examination results,Another 50 students were selected and questionnaires were conducted on their interests and abilities in biological experiments..This paper also discusses the significance and function of “POE” teaching strategy from the aspects of interest,group,multimedia technology,and exploratory experimental teaching,and lists specific examples of biological experiment teaching to demonstrate.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the application of "POE" strategy in high school biology experiment teaching can not only play the role of students' learning subject,but also improve the enthusiasm and initiative of students to participate in the experiment,and also cultivate students' experimental learning interest.And the sense of innovation,improve students' experimental operation ability and scientific inquiry ability,so as to better solve the difficulties and problems encountered in reality.
