Research On The Influence Factors Of Green Economic Efficiency In China

China's extensive method of economic growth has intensified the resource consumption and environmental damage,with its resulting generation of a series of environmental problems need to be solved.Green economy is an economic form of coordinated development between economy and environment.To promote the transformation of green economy is beneficial to create great economic,social and ecological value.It is also an important way to realize the new normal economy of our country.On the basis of considering the environmental cost and energy input,this article selects green economic efficiency to measure the green economy.However,after the distribution test of green economic efficiency data,it is found that it mainly presents the characteristics of skew-normal distribution.In order to make statistics analysis more robust,it is necessary to build a panel data model based on the actual distribution characteristics of green economic efficiency data,study the specific factors that affect the efficiency of green economy.So as to improve our country's green economy and promote sustainable economic development.Firstly,combined with the previous research associated mechanism of green economic efficiency,which industrial structure,technological progress can directly affect the green economic efficiency,but environmental regulation,urbanization level,opening-up degree through industrial structure and technological progress affect the green economic efficiency.Then,this article uses the Undesirable-SBM model and the GML index model to calculate the static and dynamic green economic efficiency.On this basis,the regional differences and convergence of green economic efficiency are analyzed,which show that the green economic efficiency of China has a downward trend on the whole and it decreases from the east area to the central and western regions.Finally,the skew-normal distribution of green economic efficiency of China from 2005 to 2015 are verified,and a skew-normal panel data model is constructed to study the main factors of green economic efficiency.The results showed that,on the whole of the country,the industry structure upgrade,technological progress,opening-up degree have a positive impact on green economic efficiency,while the influences of industry structure rationalization,environmental regulation,urbanization level on green economic efficiency are negative.As far as the regional scope,the technological progress and opening-up degree have positive impacts on the green economic efficiency of east,northeast,middle China,while decrease the green economic efficiency in western region.The environmental regulation in eastern China could promote the green economic efficiency.However,in other regions,the environmental regulation may restrain the green economic efficiency.Therefore,combined with the analysis results and the regional economic development status,targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the green development of the economy.
