The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main contradiction in the current society is "the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the development of inadequate balance".In this fundamental contradictory background,we want to“try to make every child have a fair and quality education”.We must work together to achieve efficient and high-quality development of home-school cooperation,so that all students can achieve the same educational success opportunities and adequate development.Based on the theory of Epstein's overlapping influence theory,this study mainly conducts field investigations on the current situation of cooperation between junior high schools and schools in Nanning sample school-W Middle School by questionnaires,in-depth interviews and literature review.The survey found that:(1)Due to the weak sense of family and school contract,the unclear positioning of schools and community roles,and the lack of effective consensus between the community and the family,the main body of the school-school cooperation has not yet reached a complete consensus on the level of understanding;(2)Due to the lack of novel and distinctive home-school cooperation activities and high-level home-school cooperation activities,the effect of home-school cooperation is not obvious enough;(3)At present,the cooperation between Nanning junior high school and home school still lacks resources of all parties,which generally shows the lack of family capital in the middle and lower classes of the society,the social capital integration of the community is not high,and the school's capital reserve strength is insufficient;(4)The current relevant laws and regulations concerning the cooperation between home and school are too macroscopic,lacking specific guidance and operability;the top-level design of the school is relatively rough,lacking systematic and detailed;the relevant evaluation system gap,lack of evaluation criteria and evaluation.Then,in view of the above-mentioned status quo and the analysis of the causes,the author puts forward practical countermeasures for the cooperation of junior high schools and schools in Nanning from four aspects,namely,reaching symbiotic understanding,establishing cooperative relations,innovating activities,enhancing cooperation level,and integrating the effects of capital improvement and cooperation.Fill in the assessment gap and improve the cooperation mechanism.Finally,theoretical thinking and policy outlook on the future direction of cooperation between junior high schools and schools in the new era--the localization of home-school cooperation promotes the emotional identity between schools and schools,and promotes the educational accountability of joint governance through the democratization of home-school cooperation.With the legalization of home-school cooperation,the rational development of education will be realized.
