| As a future teacher,affective teaching skill is an important part of teachers’ education to normal students.It is referred to moral sentiments and to perceive themselves,so emotional education is indeed significant.The basic school education reform puts forward the path to realize affective teaching through the subject curriculum,so it should to strengthen to cultivate normal students’ affective teaching skill.Based on the above thinking,the paper reviews the related literature;in the second,It investigates the situation of the affective teaching skill in the primary and secondary schools,analyzes the existing problems,and finds the influencing factors;in the last,it explores the influence between own emotional intelligence and emotional teaching skills.Based on those,it is purposed that the strategy is benefit to improve normal students’ affective teaching skill.This research is divided into three parts.The first part includes the research background,existing situation,research purpose,research significance,and also related theoretical basis.The second part is the main part in the paper.Base on the perspective of Emotion Labor,it is designed the evaluation table of affective teaching skill in primary and secondary school,it is investigated the situation and used the difference analysis method to explore its influencing factors,used the EIS(Emotional Intelligence Scale)and the micro-teaching affective skill evaluation scale,it explores whether emotional intelligence influences of affective teaching skill and how it affects.Based on the above analysis,the third part is proposed to design the evaluation system of affective teaching skills,to analyze the emotional factors of textbooks,to train of emotional communication skills,and to apply modern information technology to create interest scenarios.Affective teaching skill is indispensable to the normal students.It belongs to a comprehensive skill,and it involves many factors.But in this paper,it discusses only emotional intelligence,it should need further to explore the other factors how to influence appear affective teaching skills. |
