| The employment work is related to social stability and the happiness of every family.It is an indispensable part of the economic and social development.It involves the overall development of the society and the vital interests of everyone.Therefore,the employment problem is not only an economic problem,a social problem,but also a political one.However,with the new normalization of economic development,great changes have taken place in all aspects of employment at home and abroad,and the employment policy must be adjusted on the basis of the original.With the help of the work,the author collected and analyzed the relevant data,hoping to take Wenzhou as an example to provide more ideas and methods for the employment policy under the new normal condition.The first part and the second part are mainly theoretical parts.It introduces the background,significance and methods of the study,as well as the relevant concepts and characteristics of the new economic normal.This paper expounds the significance of the employment work,which is one of the important contents concerning the livelihood of the people and realizing the goal of the "two one hundred years".It explains the reasons for the selection of Wenzhou as the object of study.The main Wenzhou is a region with developed private economy and early reform and opening up,and it is also sensitive to the influence of the changes of the new economy.In general,we chose Wenzhou.After introducing the current research status at home and abroad,the main methods adopted in this paper are literature,data analysis,causality analysis and other methods to analyze and prejudge the current situation and future trend of Wenzhou.The third part mainly introduces the current employment situation and existing difficulties in Wenzhou.At present,several ways to solve employment in Wenzhou are mainly through entrepreneurship,employment promotion,special population and industrial classification,and employment and entrepreneurship services.At present,the plight of employment in Wenzhou is under the influence of economic development,industrial transformation and upgrading and rising operating costs,and the problems in the employment structure are concentrated on the reduction of the supply of young labor,the difficulty of the employment of the older labor force and the contradiction of the structure of technical energy demand,etc.The problem isconcentrated on low level of labor remuneration,low social security level and low social activities.The fourth part mainly gives suggestions on the next step of employment policy in Wenzhou.The first is to accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure and the development of economic transformation,mainly from the formulation of more coordinated macro employment policy,vigorously develop the industry to absorb the strong employability,play the role of the main channels of small and micro enterprises employment,and fully support the new economic format.The two is to optimize the employment service,mainly from improving the construction of the public employment service system,improving the construction of the human resources market and strengthening the construction of the grass-roots platform.Three is to promote all kinds of vocational training and skills promotion,mainly from the strengthening of vocational training,entrepreneurship training,the promotion of skills identification and professional qualification reform,and increase the construction of senior skilled personnel and other aspects.The four is to promote the employment of different groups of people,from the promotion of the employment of college students,the return of migrant workers to start a business,the employment of retired soldiers,employment assistance and other aspects of employment assistance. |
