In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the development of education,and continuously increased the financial and policy support for education,especially basic education.But our country elementary education in funds investment,teaching conditions,hardware facilities,etc,there is still huge differences between urban and rural areas,seriously hindered the healthy development of our country countryside elementary education,lead to the rural basic education is still in overall relatively backward status,teachers in rural basic education system must be faced with a series of problems.This study intends to start with the teaching life of a rural primary school physical education teacher,present the current situation of his teaching life,and find out the characteristics of his teaching life and the difficulties he encountered in his teaching life,so as to reflect some teaching laws.This research adopts the narrative research method of "qualitative" research,taking A teacher of Y primary school in Yongchuan district of Chongqing as the research object.Listening to his teaching life story and professional development story,and observing his real teaching life through interview and observation.And the key people,key events and so on are analyzed,explained and reconstructed;Then,the author sorted out the present situation of the rural primary school physical education teacher's teaching life,and analyzed the characteristics and difficulties in his teaching life.This study can provide the field text data of the real teaching and living conditions of rural primary school physical education teachers and enrich the existing database of rural primary school teachers' teaching and living materials.On the basis of field investigation,this research is carried out through the analysis of teacher A's past teaching life,namely the professional development process,and the real teaching life.The teaching life in the past presents the story of teacher A's teaching life since he was admitted to the middle school,that is,the story of his professional development.In real teaching life,teacher A's teaching life story is presented from two aspects of classroom teaching life and extracurricular teaching life.Through the further analysis of teacher A's teaching life story,this study finds out the characteristics of her teaching life: unique teaching methods,good at protecting and cultivating students' creativity,emphasis on cultivating students' sense of discipline,free time arrangement,good relationship with students and colleagues,etc.And the difficulties in his teaching life: poor teaching conditions,lack of professional communication with colleagues,lack of attention to collective lesson preparation,problems in training,insufficient faculty,job burnout,etc.
