With the development of science,technology and society,human civilization has entered the era of rapid development of information technology.Modern information technology such as internet and network multimedia technology has had an important impact on the development of human beings and society.As a kind of "social activity that is conscious and affects people's physical and mental development as a direct goal",education is not only an important way of information dissemination,but also an important channel for information development.Therefore,the level of education informatization is also certain.To a certain extent,it is a sign of the level of national informatization.In recent years,the relationship between education and informatization has become more and more close.On the one hand,education has promoted the development of informatization.On the other hand,the development of education informatization has created a more intuitive and convenient teaching situation for the current educational and teaching activities.This study takes a teacher from the M village M school in Y County,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province as an example.A representative rural primary school teacher C is selected to understand the development status of its informatization teaching ability through in-depth interviews.Obstacles in the development of informatization teaching ability,analyze the reasons and get some inspiration from it,and hope to provide assistance for the development of rural primary school teachers' informatization teaching ability.This study mainly interviews the development status of C teachers' informatization teaching ability from three aspects: C teacher self-report,C teacher's colleagues and students' three aspects,and analyzes its development stage.At the same time,it adopts participatory observation and enters C teacher's Classroom records are conducted in the classroom to identify the influencing factors.Based on the results of this study,it is concluded that the teacher's informatization teaching ability is a gradual development process,and the factors affecting its development are mainly external factors: the influence of important others,the promotion of key events,the attitude of schools and colleagues.And the cooperation between teachers and students in the process of teachers using information technology;internal factors: theirattitude towards informational teaching,the ability to operate information equipment and the flexible use of information-based teaching methods.Therefore,it is suggested that the development of rural primary school teachers' informatization teaching ability should emphasize the three aspects of teachers themselves,schools and students,with a view to promoting the good development of rural primary school teachers' informatization teaching ability.
