| Rural teachers are the main implementers of the development of rural education and the key to the reform of rural basic education.As a member of the rural teachers,physical education teachers play a vital role in the process of rural physical education.They are also effective supervisors to promote students’ physical and mental health and improve their physical fitness.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the quality of work and life of rural primary school physical education teachers.This paper uses the literature method,investigation method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method to investigate and analyze the work and life quality of rural primary school physical education teachers in Zhoukou City.In addition,In addition,combined with the knowledge of management to investigate the quality of work and life of rural primary school physical education teachers,to understand the problems they encounter in their work life and their real needs.The results show that the quality of work and life of rural primary school physical education teachers in Zhoukou City is not high.In the analysis of their demographics and work life quality data,they found gender,age,marriage,working years,academic level,job nature,preparation,status,job title,position,and monthly economic income are different in demographic variables.The main performances are as follows: From the perspective of the working environment,the quality of the work environment is low,mainly including the low level of daily and outdoor work and teaching needs,transportation,technical exchange and preparation atmosphere.From the perspective of labor remuneration,there are differences between pay and return,mainly including insufficient work return,part-time job in spare time,insufficient subsidy for participating activities,and lower salary income compared with friends.From the perspective of organizational management,the main right to enjoy welfare and participation in decision-making is not fully implemented.From the perspective of career development,there are obstacles to the promotion of professional titles,lack of systematic career planning for teacher development,and fewer opportunities to participate in competitions and exchanges.From the perspective of family life,it mainly includes family division of labor and unreasonable expenditure on daily life,family member relations,monotonous life monotonous,and marital status.From the perspective of social support,it mainly includes the lack of attention to the teachers’ physical and mental health,the occupational cognition of the surrounding residents,the understanding of family and friends,and the recognition of parents and students.From the perspective of the satisfaction dimension of the work itself,it mainly includes the problem that the work task is heavy and cannot control the time,the arrangement of the teaching content and the equipment and actual needs.According to the problems found,the following strategies are proposed:(1)to build a good working environment and working atmosphere;(2)Improve the welfare of rural primary school physical education teachers,promote the growth of the number of physical education teachers;(3)strengthen organizational management and protect rural primary school teachers according to law.;(4)Pay attention to the career development of rural primary school physical education teachers and establish a perfect career development system;(5)Pay attention to the individual family life of rural primary school teachers and promote the balance between their work and quality of life;(6)Caring about the physical and mental health of physical education teachers in rural primary schools and strengthening the publicity of sports culture knowledge;(7)Establishing a good work feedback mechanism to understand the actual needs of physical education teachers.Conclusion:(1)The questionnaire on the quality of work and life of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Zhoukou City consists of two parts.The first part consists of ten basic demographic questions.The second part consists of seven seven questions in seven dimensions.(2)Through the survey,it is found that the physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Zhoukou City tend to be younger,and their education is gradually improving,but the demographics such as title,preparation and marriage are not good.(3)Through the data obtained,the basic conditions of the quality of work and life of rural primary school physical education teachers in Zhoukou City show different degrees of dispersion in the data display.(4)The quality of work and life of rural primary school physical education teachers in Zhoukou City differs in different demographic variables,mainly in the following aspects: low quality of work environment,difference in pay and return,and incomplete enjoyment of rights according to law.Implementation,limited professional development,low quality of daily family life,lack of professional well-being,and insufficient satisfaction with their work.(5)Through the research,it is found that the quality of work and life of rural primary school physical education teachers is at a medium level overall,and in the interviews,it is found that the basic needs of rural primary school physical education teachers are not much different. |
