Trainee teachers face many problems during classroom discipline management.Because of lack of experience,they are unable to manage classroom discipline while excellent teachers have rich experience in classroom discipline management and they can better deal with classroom emergencies and establish the good class collective.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study and learn from the experience of classroom discipline management of excellent teachers.It can help trainee teachers to master effective experience of classroom discipline management,improve the ability of classroom discipline management and lay a foundation for effective teaching.In this study,the excellent teacher—teacher Huanhuan is selected as the research object,and teacher Huanhuan that has rich experience in classroom discipline management can be used as a typical research object.First of all,this paper studies the three C principle and six D scheme of Linda·Albert.The three C principle mainly includes capable(cultivate students' ability),connect(emphasize students' connection)and contribute(train students to make contributions)and the six D scheme mainly includes define(define the problem),declare(declare the reasons),describe(describe the feeling),discuss(discuss the scheme),decide(decide the scheme),determine(determine the scheme).Then,the author mainly summarizes the content of the three C principle and the six D scheme of cooperative discipline and clarifies the advantages and operational matters of this classroom discipline management model.After the author analyzes and thinks about the theoretical model,the theory is applied to practice.The author explores how the teacher Huanhuan uses the cooperative discipline model to carry on the classroom discipline management in practice and corresponds the events described by teacher Huanhuan to the main contents of cooperative discipline one by one so as to combine the theoretical knowledge with the practical content.Finally,the author analyzes the reasons for the successful application of cooperative discipline by teacher Huanhuan and the enlightenment of applying cooperative discipline management for other teachers.In the study,the author finds that teacher Huanhuan helps students to establishself-confidence and cultivates students' various ability through using the small safflower,constructing the classroom of the small teacher and building the parents-teachers institution during classroom management.In addition,teacher Huanhuan flexibly deals with classroom emergencies and adopts a six-step method to deal with the conflicts between teachers and students,teachers and parents,which reflects the effectiveness of applying cooperative discipline.The whole research process advances layer by layer.First,the author puts forward the origin of the problem?the research summary of home and abroad,the research methods and so on.Then,the author analyzes the theory,practical application,application reasons and application enlightenment of cooperative discipline in the form of chapter.On the whole,it has a certain degree of logic.The study is expected to provide reference and reference value for other teachers to carry out classroom discipline management,help primary school teachers to better carry out classroom discipline management and achieve effective teaching.
