In recent years,Teachers' Educational Discipline has been the central issue of attention.Along with the increasing heat of its research,a series of problems have emerged.For example,do teachers have the power of educational discipline ? What is Teachers' Educational Discipline?How should we reasonably exercise the power of teachers' educational discipline…For a long time,the "Teachers' Educational Discipline" in the public sight has always maintained a "still hold the pipa half cover the surface " of the obscure state.Many domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of exploration and research on it,but they are still perplexed.Most of the front line teachers turn pale at the mention of "discipline ",and dare not touch or judgment deviation.Even so,we still have to admit that whenever teachers' educational discipline is an indispensable part of educational activities,reasonable implementation of teachers' educational discipline is imminent.Based on the understanding,interpretation and sorting of relevant policies and literature on teachers' educational discipline,this study took some primary school teachers,students and parents in J City as the objects of investigation,and mainly used questionnaire survey and interview method to explore.Through the research,it is found that there are a series of problems in the educational discipline of primary school teachers,such as unclear ownership of educational discipline,serious phenomenon of "transfer" of educational discipline power,swinging between the two ends of the lack of discipline and excessive punishment,and the arbitrary discipline method.This is mainly due to the imperfect legal guarantee of teachers' educational discipline,the weakening of the status of teachers,the wrong direction of public opinion,the social supervision mechanism and the relief mechanism are not perfect and other social factors.There are some loopholes in school management,biased evaluation standards for teachers,lack of teacher ethics training,and blank educational punishment system.It is caused by teachers' educational discipline for abuse or idle use,and parents' doting on children and overpraise and appreciation of education.In view of the above problems,measures should be taken from the aspects of teachers,schools,parents and society to further implement the educational discipline of primary school teachers.Through improving the personal quality of teachers,the innovation of educational discipline mode;Strengthen the management of teacher training,optimize the mechanism of teacher promotion,improve the students' appeal system;Attach importance to home-school cooperation and establish friendly home-school relationship;Further optimizing relevant laws and regulations,creating a good social atmosphere of respecting teachers and emphasizing education,establishing education supervision institutions and relief mechanisms,as well as the correct guidance of social media,and creating a good environment of public opinion are effective ways to gradually improve the current situation of educational discipline of primary school teachers.
