With the new round of curriculum reform,school-based curriculum development has become an important part of curriculum reform.The curriculum standards for general high school biology(2017 edition)further optimizes the curriculum structure,improves the status of school-based curriculum,and puts forward Suggestions for the establishment of school-based curriculum of the "food safety and quarantine" module.In recent years,food safety problems occur frequently,which have a serious impact on the growth of high school students.Therefore,high school students need to master more food safety knowledge to protect their health.The purpose of this study is to provide students with food safety knowledge and help them prevent and solve food safety problems through the development of "food safety and quarantine" school-based curriculum.Under the guidance of school-based curriculum theory,this study developed curriculum development procedures,combined with school environment analysis and student demand analysis,set curriculum objectives and determined curriculum content,carried out curriculum implementation and evaluation,and developed school-based curriculum of "food safety and quarantine".This paper first elaborates the reason for the problem,defines the relevant concepts,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,finds the experience to be used for reference,and formulates the school-based curriculum development program.Then,conduct an environmental analysis of the school,investigate the needs of students,obtain the information needed for curriculum development,develop curriculum objectives and determine curriculum content.Choose the right teaching method according to the course objective,design the teaching content,carry on the course implementation,and pay attention to the student's study condition and the teacher's teaching condition in the implementation process,improve and perfect the course in time.Finally,we should adopt various evaluation methods to evaluate students' studies and promote their comprehensive development.A curriculum evaluation group was set up,and curriculum experts were invited to evaluate the curriculum.The deficiencies were found and school-based curriculum development was improved.Research results show that the "food safety and quarantine" school-based curriculum development,increase the students' food safety knowledge,improve the food safety behavior of students,help students better to life,improve the teachers' professional quality and scientific research ability,enrich the T high school school-based curriculum system,promote the school characteristics construction and development,provides the related the development of school-based curriculum can refer to reference.
