Migrant workers are an important subject in urban economic construction.The issue of educational fairness for their children is related to social stability and the long-term stability of the country.Hangzhou has made unremitting efforts and attempts to solve this problem,but there are still large problems.Based on the investigation of four primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou,this paper finds that the children of migrant workers in the compulsory education stage are facing difficulties such as the difficulty of nearby enrollment,the relatively complicated enrollment procedures,the scarcity of high-quality educational resources,the differential treatment of teaching links,the obvious difference in academic performance,the deviation in character formation and other problems,and makes a detailed analysis of the causes of the difficulties and problems.On this basis,it is proposed to push forward the reform of the household registration system and implement the settlement system through points;Optimizing the Regulations and Policies of Education Finance;Strengthen the communication between schools to share resources;Make private education develop orderly;Strengthening the construction of school-running personnel and teachers;Set up a correct emotional attitude values and other recommendations.It is hoped that the right to education of children of migrant workers in the compulsory education stage can be fully guaranteed so as to enjoy fair and quality education.
