| Objective:1)To understand the current level of elite athletes in China.2)By comparing the difference of start-up between national and provincial athletes,the paper studies the reasons that affect the in-situ start-up ability of bicycles in the field,and finds out the rules of start-up of high-level cyclists in the field.To provide a theoretical basis for coaches to provide scientific training,and then targeted to guide the start-up training of athletes,improve sports performance.Methods: A Z Camera camera is installed in the inner field of the bicycle venue.The camera is about 10 meters away from the runway and about 1.5 meters above the ground.The main optical axis of the camera is perpendicular to the motion plane and the shooting range is about 12 meters.The shooting frequency is 50 Hz.Before the start of the test,the shooting range was calibrated with a scale,and the shooting object was all the athletes who started with their right foot.The SRM was used to monitor the start-up process of two athletes.The acquisition frequency of the SRM training system was 2 Hz,and another camera was used to track and photograph the whole riding process.Results: 1)The crank start angle of national team athletes is smaller than that of provincial team athletes,and the crank angle at the end of lift is larger than that of provincial team athletes.2)The range of pelvic movement of national athletes is large.3)The trunk angle of the national team athletes is large.4)In the early days of Tyra,the trunk of the national team athletes leaned forward rapidly to assist the right leg pedal.5)At the beginning of the start,the toe bending angle of the national team athletes is large and lasts for a long time.6)At the end of pedal,the toe bending angle of the national team athletes is large and lasts for a long time.Conclusion: 1)The wide range of pelvic movement of athletes is the starting characteristic of excellent cyclists.This technical feature makes the crank far away from the dead zone,which is beneficial to the strength of the legs and increase the pedal power.2)Big trunk angle is another characteristic of excellent cyclists’ starting.3)At the beginning of the start,the ankle joint is not a back-bending pull,but a toe-bending and back-lying.Excellent athletes have a large toe-bending angle and a long duration.4)At the end of the pedal,the hind foot also needs to exert strength.Excellent athletes have large toe bending angle,long duration and stronger ability to lie back. |
