With the vigorous development of modern sports,the sports records of various countries and athletes are constantly refreshing and the sports science experts and scholars pay much attention to the scientific,refined and precise sports training of athletes.In order to improve athletes' performance efficiently,the coaches of each item must constantly accept the scientific and advanced sports training concepts as well as innovate training methods and means.Resistance training is a training method for athletes to complete the technical movements while overcoming external resistance.By increasing the external resistance exerted by the athletes when completing normal technical movements,the load of the athletes to complete the technical movements is increased,which strengthens athletes' specific technical movements,enhances the technical characteristics of the athletes and improves the athlete's specific technical movements.The athletes' technical movement awareness will be intensified through repeated intensive exercises.This paper intends to use the literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to explore the research direction and methods as well as carry out data collection and data processing in order to complete this task.In this experiment,seven athletes of the second-level in the100-meter specific training of the track team of Yunnan University accepted resistance training.The resistance training methods used in this experiment are closely combined with the specific technical characteristics of the accelerated running stage after the start of the sprint.After 12 weeks of resistance training,a comparative analysis of the athletes' skills which includes athletes' specific techniques of accelerated running before and after training as well as after the start of a race,the result of 40 meters and the result of 100 meters.The purpose is to find whether resistance can promote the improvement of the specific technology after the start of the sprint and whether it can efficiently improve the athletes' performance.The results of this paper are:First,according to the kinematics analysis data of the specific technique of accelerating running after the start of the sprint,it can be concluded that the specific techniques for accelerating the running of the athletes before and after the training have changed significantly and the specific techniques are more reasonable.The resistance training method combined with the specific techniques of accelerated running after the start of the sprint makes the athletes' running specific technology more perfect after starting and lays a foundation for the improvement of athletes' sports performance.Second,In the analysis of the sprinter's 40-meter special sports performance before and after training,and the change of 100-meter full-time sports performance,it can be seen that:Through the use of the anti-resistance training method combined with the special technical characteristics of the accelerated running phase after the start of the sprint start,the sprinter's 40-meter special sports performance and the100-meter full-course sports performance were promoted.The athlete's special skills in the accelerated running phase after the start of the sprint were improved.
