Objective: The Guangdong women's weightlifting team has strong overall strength,and to a certain extent,it can represent the highest level of weightlifting in China.The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of different level of female weightlifters' snatch movements and special auxiliary exercises by EMG indicators,and to compare and analyze the physiological indexes of the main muscle groups,to explore the characteristics of each special auxiliary exercise and the matching degree with the snatch action,and the performance of this relationship under different sports levels,so as to snatch it.Provide basis and reference for improvement and improvement of movement.Methods: Applying the MegaWin6000 16-guide surface electromyography tester to the EMG test of 8 high-level women athletes and 8 training athletes of the Guangdong Weightlifting Team,recording the athlete's snatch action,front squat action,squat action,wide deadlift action,narrow hard The electromyography data of the pulling action,the wide speed pulling action and the high grasping action,the system of the electromyography data processing is processed by the megawin software,and the whole process of the test action is recorded for the subsequent action analysis,and the original data is intercepted and tested.After filtering,correcting and smoothing,the excel data format is exported,and the myoelectric parameters such as muscle input percentage,relative activation degree,explosive force index,activation time,activation duration and maximum amplitude activation time are calculated.The data results are averageħstandard deviation.The formal form indicates that the difference analysis between the actions was performed using an independent sample t test,and P < 0.05 indicates that the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)The main force of the high-level weightlifting athletes is the trapezius muscle(12.74%),the deltoid toe(16.24%)and the triceps(12.21%).The main muscles of the athletes' snatch movements are also The trapezius muscle(14.97%),the deltoid anterior bundle(23.51%)and the triceps muscle(10.08%),the special auxiliary exercises,the main muscles and the snatch movements are different(P<0.05),such as the posterior movement Trapezius(7.23%);(2)The overall relative activation of muscles of high-level athletes is 20%-30%,while the relative activation of snatching athletes is between 10%-70%.The overall relative activation degree of the action muscles was slightly different from the snatch movement(P>0.05).(3)The muscles with the highest explosive force index of the high-level athletes were the biceps(3729?V/s)and the deltoid toe(2067?V/).s)and triceps(2869?V/s),the muscles with the highest explosive index of the athlete's snatch action are the trapezius muscle(7896?V/s),the pectoralis major(3396?V/s)and the latissimus dorsi(2778?V/s).Snake force muscle the difference between the upper and the high-scratch movement is the smallest;(4)the back muscle of the snatch action is activated first,the overall activation duration is the shortest,and the overall activation time to the maximum amplitude is also the shortest.Conclusion: The characteristics of the high-level athlete's snatch movement are as follows: the upper input muscle percentage and the explosive force index,the overall activation of the lower back muscle is relatively high,the waist muscle is activated first,and the waist and abdomen muscle activation last for the longest time.The athletes with higher activation levels are located in the abdomen,and the muscles with relatively high explosive power index are located on the back.According to the analysis results of various indicators,the overall level of high-level athletes' high-scratch action and snatch action is the highest,followed by wide-hard pull action and narrow-hard pull action,while the training athletes only have the fit of narrow deadlift action and snatch action.Higher.When the athletes complete the movements,the time for the muscles to be pre-mobilized and effectively activated is generally shorter than that of the high-level athletes.This is an important reason for the athletes to complete the quality of the athletes below the high level.
