training load is one of the most important factors to improve athletic performance of athletes, these are fundamental factors that arranging training methods, training load and load intensity could effectively improve the athlete's athletic performance. This study that make a collection of training data from the triple jump athletes preparing 2008 Olimpic Games, it comes to a complete set of data on analysising and researching the training load of Chinese high-level athletes. the athlete's training load characteristics Is complete and accurate. This study aims to provide valuable reference for chinese triple jump team in the future and provide follow-up research data, the training data of three athletes in chinese triple jump team is the major research data, This study comes to the following conclusions1. the training methods used by the three athletes in Chinese triple jump Team preparing for the Beijing Olympic Games is divided into four categories namely, strength training, speed exercises, technical exercises and assisted combinatorial exercises. Strength exercises, including the general strength and specific strength, speed, speed endurance and speed exercises. technical exercises, including specific techniques and special speed and jump exercises, auxiliary combination of exercises, including restorative combination of combination of practice exercises and fitness balls.2. Each athlete's training load is fluctuated with the training circle. The training load and training circle focuse on the arrangements of the competition plan. High-level athletes should emphasis on the high training load.3. The training means of three athletes preparing for the Olympic Games have special combination with the specific jump, the training focused. Training arrangements varies with the date of the match. Li Yanxi's training intensity is high and very stable, showing a good shape. ZHU Shu-Jing failed to show his own competitive level in the last days. Because of Xie Limei's injury, she failed to effectively enhance athletic performance during this period.4. Three athletes in the actual completion of the training load and intensity of training load and the completion of the training load, are all there are some differences, the preparation process of Xie Limei is greatly influenced due to the injury, there are some unsure reasons in Zhu Shu-Jing's training course, so he failed to complete the entire systematic and continuous training, this is one of the reasons that he can not perform better.
