In 2020,the planned Olympic Games in Tokyo were postponed because of the outbreak of COVID-19 in the world.This is the first Olympic Games forced to postpone the Olympic Games.The postponement of the Olympic Games and the restriction of the external environment have brought great challenges to Chinese athletes.By formulating reasonable training plans,the Chinese swimming team has ensured the stability of sports performance in the most serious period of the epidemic,and has repeatedly broken records in the Qingdao championship at the end of September 2020,showing the ability and wisdom of Chinese athletes.Research purposes:through tracking the preparation process of a group of national swimming team from 2019 to 2020,this paper studies the structure of the water preparation plan,the training focus in each major cycle,the main training methods,the completion quality of each training course and the coping strategies to face the challenges,so as to leave valuable practical data for the future training process.Research significance:through the investigation of the plan arrangement,training load and training load intensity of a group of national swimming team athletes.The purpose is to provide reference for swimming training theory and scientific training,and lay a solid foundation for Chinese swimming team to achieve excellent results in the national arena.Research methods:literature,expert interviews,observation and mathematical statistics.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The cycle division and event arrangement characteristics of preparing for the Tokyo Olympic Games:(1)training tasks are set around two important competitions throughout the year;The whole year’s training is arranged in a single cycle plus a small and large cycle;In the second cycle,before there is no clear competition task,we should use micro and large cycle arrangement to create competition task and keep competitive state.2.The characteristics of winter training in preparation for Tokyo Olympic Games are as follows:the longest isolation training time in winter training,focusing on the control of physical and mental fatigue of athletes;At the same time,we should strengthen the foundation of aerobic ability.3,prepare for the Tokyo Olympic Games formal preparation training features:in the COVID-19 isolation state team competition,create competition opportunities;We should deal with the relationship between swimming training and basic physical fitness reasonably,and actively complete the physical fitness test;Adjust the training content in the way of micro and large cycle to maintain the competitive state.4.The arrangement characteristics of water training load in preparation for Tokyo Olympic Games are as follows:the maximum load in winter training period;Ensure the amount of basic training and improve the ability steadily;The weekly training load remained stable.5.The characteristics of load intensity arrangement of water training in preparation for Tokyo Olympic Games:moderate load intensity and stable performance;Pay attention to the quality of training,load intensity steadily improved;Emphasize the key strength. |
